I absolutely love my overcoat that I customized from Suit Supply! Their customer service is always top tier when I am in there! All of the Sales Associates are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about! Even when they are busy, they let me know that someone will be with me and that they have a wait list. I recommend booking an appointment.

I will say many of these one star reviews are from customers who have a hard time understanding that they are shopping in a luxury store.

Ryan was a great help! It was my first time buying a suit and he was very informative during the entire process. He has an incredible sense of style! The accessories he picked out definitely made the entire outfit come together.

I went in initially and was told it would be about an hour until someone would see me. Ok, fine. About an hour later I told them what I was looking for and Sara found it immediately. I left purchasing one of the nicest suits I've ever bought, and most importantly fit me very well, right off the rack. I'm short, 5'6" and wear a 44 s. I was impressed that they had something that fit me so well, right off the rack. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Exceptional products.

I usually have a bit of a hard time buying suits due to my body shape. Ryan knew the struggle and knew exactly what sizes and styles to try to get me a comfortable and stylish fit. I needed the alterations to be completed in only 2 days which he made happen. I ended up paying just a little bit more than i expected to but I have a feeling it will be worth it.
