AT&T Store

Edvard went above and beyond to be helpful. He helped us find savings, purchase new phones and fix a later billing issue. Once, I came for help with a billing issue and the store was full. I decided to come back another time but Edvard came out to the car and said he would follow up with me once the store was quieter. He did follow through as promised and explained the issue. He is approachable and very knowledgeable .

If you want excellent service by competent and gracious individuals, visit AT&T Wayne. Shannon is uber skilled, knowledgeable and graceful in all situations. Went here recently to upgrade a few old iPhones. Edvard, the store manager (he's named after Edvard Grieg - the composer and pianist), helped us out. He's an incredibly awesome person! So kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! He actually made upgrading phones a fun experience! Highly recommend this particular AT&T location!

I visited the store to get a phone upgrade for my Dad, who's incapable of getting there himself. Shannon was a terrific help and was very patient, despite dealing with some internal issues and additional customers walking in. This ended up being a 2-day process, but Shannon, despite being the only employee in the store, kept her cool and provided great service!

My phone died & ended up locked in Recovery mode ... I went to AT&T store in Wayne, & was greeted by Shannon , with an Amazing Smile & even more Amazing attitude .. I was desperate & not having a good day .

I was overwhelmed and I didn’t know what to do when it came to security regarding my phone. But Shannon and Harry came and helped me out with setup of that and also provided good customer service.

I visited your store last week to upgrade my phone. While this is usually a long and tedious process, Shannon Ferrell made it absolutely seamless! She was pleasant and professional, and truly made for a great experience. This store certainly is not the closest to me, but I will make the extra drive to come here based on the stellar service. Shannon and Cade have set the standard for excellent customer service. They were very patient, consultative and a delight to work with today! I am visiting from Virginia.
