AT&T Store

I came in looking for a new phone and the lady that helped us was awesome! She offered insight on the latest products that you have to offer and was very kind. Give them a raise and some AC bc I noticed it was warm in there and Louisiana had a horrible summer last year. I will be doing business with yall again!

I went into the store on1/25/24 and Jordan assisted me he very knowledgeable and extremely helpful if I could give him a 10 I would

I went in the store to upgrade 5 line Jordan know what he was doing didn’t take him long I got 5 new phone and a watch thanks man your great

I upgrade my phone last month came in this time and Jordan helped me again he is great I don't want to work with anyone else

Jade was a pleasure to interact with. I know how hard it can be to work retail, but Jade makes it look so easy. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, and she addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone!

Employees wore masks, inside was clean and kept up. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The lady sat there for an hour working on my problem until we had it fixed. I was very impressed. Of course, another employee stepped in and had it fixed quickly once he surmised the issue. So I'm giving them 5 stars.

Such an awesome group of people! Relax environment, no pressure, helpful, does the right thing!!! The manager Jade sets the standards high and does what’s right for her customers and is doing a Wonderful Job leading by example.
We drove from Lafayette to Eunice because one of the Lafayette stores had really messed over my parents account and basically used them to get a better commission. Jade did the Right thing, fixed the issue and made us feel so much more comfortable. She truly saved customers of over 15 years that could of potentially move to another provider for 1 stores Huge Mistake. We love her and are forever grateful!

The staff at the At&t store are awesome. I am a little biased because my wife Chelsie works there; however, she didn't always work at the store and I have been a customer of At&t for well over a decade. Every time I would go to the Eunice location, I would immediately be greeted by several employees and the wait was never unreasonably long. They always took the time to answer all of my questions and/or concerns and helped me decide what was best for my personal needs. So if you are looking for a great and professional experience, go see my wife and her co-workers at the Eunice location! Tell Chelsie I sent you!

A sales representative, Ms. Lyric, was extremely professional, courteous, and made every effort to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. She explained all the details of my trade-in and insurance upgrade, including the warranty and other features. I will be using this location for future services and recommending it to friends and family.

Great atmosphere, better than corporate. All of the employees were helping customers and doing all they could to work with the customers and give the best deal. It felt like they cared and wanted to help vs just dealing with another number. I would recommend this store.

Walked into this store and was greeted immediately by Latonia Alfred. She assisted me with something that I urgently needed changed on my plan and was very patient and helpful. The rest of the employees were all very friendly and made me feel like I was a priority as well. The positive energy in this store during these trying times that we are going through was a breath of fresh air. I left the store with a new phone and iPad and a less expensive monthly plan!
