Jay and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. As a former smoker, new to vaping, the staff provided me with information on multiple products and answered any questions I had about them. I’ve been to other vape stores in the past, with no knowledge of the concept of vaping and I left without purchasing a product because my questions could not be answered. 10/10 recommend J&K for your vaping or smoking needs.
