Love Works Hippie Store

My children and I stopped by here for the first time today. We've been looking for a tie dye shop ever since we moved to Oregon. Tie dyes mean a lot to our family and this place absolutely killed it! They have a huge range of items and sizes. Without a doubt they have something for everyone. Everything is also very reasonably priced! I saw there was a review on here saying they weren't kid friendly. That's far from the truth! I had my kids (age 4 and 6) in there and Corey was incredibly nice to them. He had a full conversation with my daughter which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and homey. This will definitely be our new place to shop.

My daughter's favorite beach shop! She's excited every time we visit Lincoln City to go see what she can find, especially jewelry. She has more goth tastes, makeup and fashion-wise, but always finds interesting pieces-rings, necklaces, for her and her friends. The owner of the store is so sweet, and even found her an amazing black and white dress last time, that she loves. Just a very special, very fun store to visit, and spend a cozy beach afternoon in, looking at so many unique items, with great people.

My adult grand daughters and I visited this fabulous store. Grew up in the 60s and 70s put me back a few memorable years. Nice visit with the young couple managing and Apolo, I believe, the most handsome blue eyed pup. A little bit of everything to shop for. I think I would have purchased more except the company was so good. I did get a couple of lovely items. We will return from Central Oregon....also a tourist trap. 😀

Best tie dye store I've ever seen. They carry ALL sizes from baby to Adult 6X. They have everything from purses to long johns, scarves to dusters, all tie dyed in glorious colors. The family that does the dying sets the colors so they don't bleed and stay vibrant. From the outside the store looks small and junky, but ignore that and venture inside. Worth a drive for anyone that loves hippie chic or just wants beautiful colors to brighten their day. They also carry one of a kind lace and gauze tops that would pair with cutoffs. Alas, not my size.

Met Corey and Ariel (?) at the Lincoln City Theatre, in passing.. Ariel mentioned the store “just right down the road”. So here we are, I am feeling like I’m back in the 70’s.
Brittany has been a delight to chat with as well, in the store.

We are here one week a year from NW Washington. We visit South Beach Church where Corey and Ariel attend. Great place

Be prepared for a love bomb to explode in your heart the minute you walk in the door! It is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.

If you have even a tiny bit of hippie in your soul, you will feel like you are in heaven while you’re here! Every variety of pants, skirts, dresses, hoodies, shirts, jackets, purses, backpacks, jewelry…

Customer service was excellent! Even though the store was closing soon, we never felt pressured or rushed, and with the clerk’s attentive help we got out the door right on time with several treasures.

I saw in another review complaints that some of these items can be found online. So what? You can’t try things on that you purchase online. You can’t assess their quality or see if it really is tie-dye. I completely appreciate every item in the store because I am able to give it a good inspection and try it on to see if it fits my unique shape, and see if I truly like it. The prices are fair. So many times what I buy online ends up being mediocre and isn’t returnable. I would say this store is completely the opposite of mediocrity! More like Aladdin’s cave of treasure.

With so many beautiful pieces, if you’re the type that tends to get overwhelmed by too many choices, it may help to go in with one specific item in mind. For instance, go in for a hoodie and look at all the hoodies and find the perfect one. Save the search for the perfect dress for the next day, or after having lunch.

Frank is awesome!!! The shop was great! There is actually hand made pieces, art, notebooks. Also fun knickknacks like pins and stickers. Highly recommend, way better than some of the basic tourist spots and the vibes are good! Thanks for telling us about Stickman, good tunes indeed!

A friend and I went in to the store on a Monday the staff was great and friendly. Store was clean smelled good and reasonable prices. I loved it !!!! Loved that they had sizes up to 6x ...Way to go keep up the great job guys amazing experience..

Prices could come down a little bit but this place is awesome.

What a fun store and so much to choose from. The tie dye is amazing and really vibrant. The have super small things (baby stuff) to super large (5X) clothing items. The cute owners were very helpful trying to help us find exactly what we were looking for. There was parking right out front. It can get pretty crowded in there with even just a few small groups, because there is so much product to choose from, and it will all smell like patchouli when you get it home ;). I thought the pricing was reasonable - $40-50 for a hoodie, $20-30 for a t-shirt. 100% would recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed going into this store!! Really easy going nice friendly people to talk with, they're not just people! I feel they're like a dear friend too!
