Ocean Terrace Condominiums

Wes stayed in Room 38, it was not super fancy and the decor was interesting but the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The owners and property both put care into everything, and it shows. But it's is Older and Not Fancy, so set realistic expectations for the Price, which was Phenomenal for everything we got.
Pool says it closes at 7, but the staff on duty let us play till 9 when he saw we had kids. No hot tub, but the pool has jets and was decently warm, though it is still not ideal to run across the packing lot freezing to get home (utilize the saunas). But it's oregon, if you want to swim for cheap, it's what we do.
84 steps to the beach, but if you walk down the hill to the public entrance, it's a little shorter, beautiful view at night from there, too!

Beautiful seaside location we can watch the waves from our silding glass back door. Clean and relaxing. Theres a pool room and ping-pong table, a swimming pool and sauna. They have dvds and games at the office.
I've been coming here every christmas since 2016

In 10 years I've never stayed at the same hotel twice, now I'm looking for a reason to go back here. It's a great middle ground between airbnb and hotel. Not new or fancy but reliable and clean in the heart of Lincoln City with a killer view.

Secret place!!! One of the most beautiful places I've ever ever been.... was an anniversary trip 19 years... let alot go here loosing 3 family members in 19 months.... was the best relaxing beautiful place... the town, the people were soooooo so friendly.... blessed to find... such amazing staff and the condos are just like home....

All the condos are owned separately so experience will probably vary quite a bit. Room 25 (3rd floor) was really nice & clean throughout. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was pretty new, clean, and had all dishes/appliances/cookware we could need. The view was amazing. It was stormy so going down to the beach wasn't an option but you can see the ocean from the couch or one of the comfy chairs which is exactly what I wanted this time of year. Price was super decent and customer service was great. I forgot my tablet and they let us know right away, packaged it up with care and mailed it to me free of charge. Only bummer was the pool and stairs down to the beach were closed but they stated that clearly on the website so we were prepared for that. Overall very happy with the experience.

We love this place. Go there every year. Yes it is dated, yes it needs some repairs, and yes it reminds us of going to visit our grandma's house back in the 70's but it makes our hearts happy. It is always clean and listening to the waves is peaceful bliss.

Just down the road from the Inn at Spanish Head is this quaint ocean-viewing condo style hotel. It's comfortable, quiet, and spacious. A large West-facing deck, fully stocked kitchen, TV in two rooms, a rec room with pool, sauna, ping pong and pool table. We are very happy we chose to stay here!

Amazing condos with a phenomenal view! Wow. Took a chance from Expedia and this was a gem. Close to restaurants, stores, coffee, and shopping. Beach access and an indoor pool! Ocean Terrace Condos are fantastic! We will be booking again soon!

By far the best place on earth.. we were there for our anniversary... highly recommend

Loved staying here!! I wish it was a chain so I could stay here in other cities.
After hiking all day, we sat in the recliners, watched and listened to the waves the rest of the night through the sliding glass door. Full view of the ocean. So relaxing! Full kitchen, separate bedroom. Very clean room. Decorated well.
Close to lots of restaurants. Enjoyed Otis Cafe for breakfast.

Great location above the beach. Beautiful sunset and someone was setting off fireworks on the beach, so bonus show! We booked last minute and we're lucky to get a room on a summer Saturday night! Lucked that it was a good room for the only room available for miles up and down the coast!

I've stayed here twice, and it's been a pleasant experience both times! Incredible value for the quality of the rooms, and the beach access is great to have. The staff are very kind and friendly too. Highly recommended, probably the best value hotel in Lincoln City.

We stayed in #23 and #15 and both rooms were amazing! You can't even describe the view we got as soon as we walked into the room! Super friendly and helpful staff! We are planning on coming back every year!

Nice amenities like a heated pool and game room..we had the nautical themed room and it was so cute..our condo was a courtyard view but we could still see the ocean from the balcony! My only pet peeve was we needed more outlets to charge phones. Great place and we plan to go back in the future.(UPDATE): Our second time staying here👍 this time we got an ocean view Room which was awesome I will probably request this room next time! looking forward to the rest of our weekend☺

Beautiful location overlooking ocean. VERY clean and quiet. Tucked in a nice neighborhood right off of route 101. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs. Dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, appliances. Amazing place.

Been coming here for years. I had missed coming the past couple due to work challenges. Was so happy to see that it is still the same high quality place. The staff are still great and attentive. I status in room 16 this time. It is a nice room. There are some parts of the floor that have sunken in. The repairs to the unit are obvious. The door didn't look shut when it really was. Still bummed that they don't have some pet friendly units. While i will come back, it won't t be as frequent since i can't bring the dog.

Haven’t came here in about 2 months. Very nice here customer service is good though they will not clean your room every day. Their is a pool and pool table etc. Unfortunately for your fitness you’ll be looking at a walk or a swim due to the fact of having no fitness room. It is very nice here and it’s also on the beach. Really looking forward to coming back next time because there is apparently lovely fireworks here during independent day.

Great place to stay! The rooms are like a cozy little home away from home! Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful living room with couch and recliner. Beach access and gorgeous views!! We loved staying here and definitely recommend! Will return for future visits!!

Great room with a better view. Bed is super comfortable. Room is clean and feels like home. Have to take stairs to the beach. Stairs are very steep so be careful if they are wet. But once you are down on the beach it's definitely worth it. Nice balcony on the third floor. Room #28. We will be back for sure. Stayed three nights and price was very reasonable.
