AT&T Store

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff here! They got me in and out in a timely fashion and totally set up with a new device and service. Can't tell you how satisfied I am with this store in particular. Some other stores I've been too just at indifferent of your issues and struggles. Glad to be taken care of right finally.

I do not recall our representative’s name, but she was very helpful. Our visit was quick and easy. She even helped us save some money by changing up our plan and insurance slightly. Overall it was a great experience!

While we had a good experience getting our phones and hooking up our DIRECTV, we have had an awful time getting a credit that we were promised. I am very disappointed as we have stopped by the store numerous times and been told that it was being taken care of within the next hour or two and have yet to see that credit. Very disappointed.

In these rimes its a little nerve racking to enter into a store. I felt safe and service was top notch. Safety was a priority without making you feel uncomfortable and as always a great experience and a great price on a new device to replace a recently broken one.

My name is Olga and I was visiting my home town and my phone died. I went to the nearest att store in matamoras pa and was greeted by Deanna. Who immediately came to my assistance. Her professionalism and knowledge of the phone was able to assist me in all matters. I feel this young lady should earn the golden star for her true understanding of customer service! She was able to get me a new phone and set it all up with no stress on me. This young lady truly should be example of what it is to be customer oriented. I want to thank her for her professionalism and knowledge and if you have issues with your phone or service you should see her and I have been a customer for over 43 years!

Exceptional customer service from Ryan. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. He’s been there even after the sale to help me with any questions, concerns or issues I may have had. I left Sprint for AT&T and I haven’t looked back since. I’m even leaving this review in a place I’ve never had service before. This is great!

Courtney worked very hard checked my phone completely thoroughly changed card everything. No line brand new store clean safe excellent service NO WAITING!! COURTEOUS! My brand new Samsung 21. Has decided to stop receiving phone calls .So I was given Samsung number got home and called Samsung who remotely worked on phone for four hours .guess what my phone will not let them call it either. So they will repair only and I will have to pay shipping costs and turn around time is 10 to 14 days with NO phone and they do not have supervisors and each time they lost service I had to return their call. so I called AT&T and they're sending me another phone . THANK YOU 💯

It was fast and easy, instead of just typing numbers into a computer they actually put the SIM card in the phone to see if it worked with them and it did. After that it was quick and easy to set my phone up. And everyone was looking to help, they always had our best interest in mind

Att the company has not treated me very well despite being a customer for over 15 years snd never late with a.payment. I was pleasantly surprised at the Matamoras/Westfall store yesterday and the young woman (I don’t know any other pronouns to describe woman) who assisted me went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer despite me not buying anything at the time. She (I don’t know any other pronouns for she) was truly empathetic and made me feel like a valued human being.

Thank goodness for this store..had a nightmare coming over from t mobile with customer service..the manager Ryan was extremely helpful And did everything! Highly recommend these guys
