🤤 the fries had perfect amount of salt it didn’t make me drink more and the patties were so good. the baccon i could taste with every bite i always feel like fanta hits the spot. i just wish there was a option for seasoned cooled pattie’s.
ive tried almost everything on the menu.

Amazing night shift. Couldn’t use my 18 wheeler to get my late dinner at 1 am. They helped me through the window right away.

P.s. some Fast food locations around states don’t serve you without a vehicle

Stopped in while traveling by, first time visit. The food was as to be expected, fast hot good. However Ms Cathy working the register was a perfect example of what great customer service is about. This women was born to help people. She had an amazing attitude, interacted with my kids 15 &11, had a great sense of humor and an amazing smile.

It would of been a good stop, but Cathy put it over the top making it a memorable stop!! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!

5 stars based upon it being a fast food joint. Person who took my order was fine, person who packed and gave me my order was very friendly with a smile.
Restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean.

as someone who has worked in food, service, healthcare, and in the beauty industry, all people person jobs/careers, I want to give a huge shout out and Thank You to all of the employees in Matamoras, for always being so polite, positive, and for the compliments even when I feel awful. Sometimes we don’t even realize how far a compliment can really go. You are so beautiful too girl!!! Everyone thinks, fast food, or restaurants can be such “easy” work, but they don’t realize that it is some of the most tasking work, (check your fitness rings) especially when it’s busy, lunch rush, dinner time, a huge bus of campers etc.
You all do it with smile, and you are all always on top of your game, the food is always great, and definitely one of the best! 👏

Excellent all around. I have a gluten allergy and got the baked potato with chili. Family got burgers and fries. Polite service and food was great.

The staff here is really nice, and the 4 for $4 hits the sweet spot if you're looking for a cheap but satiating meal.

I can't sugarcoat that mostly all fast food is not the healthiest for you, but I can honestly say that the staff here is extremely nice and the drive through experience is on point.

Didn't get food. Lightning took out power as we were in drive thru. Staff was very apologetic for not being able to prepare our food. We understood and I would go back there again.

I ordered food through the app and went in to pick my order up. The young man who tended to my order was so lovely. He verified my order and he's absolute perfection. I said it. Quite possibly the best associate interaction in a fast food restaurant that I've ever experienced. I don't know his name and I wish I had taken the time to ask it. The experience was fantastic. Great job!

Great food, must've got new assistant manager, order taker was very accurate. Thank you 😊 A biggie value meal is the best around, wrapped, and fresh. Chili is the best and where else can you get Chili for a couple of bucks? Glad to be back.

This location had very fresh toppings and everyone working was moving. We went at dinnertime and everything came out quickly

Excellent restaurant. The staff were positive, the food was darn good, and the atmosphere pleasant. The bathroom (men's) was in good shape. The restaurant seemed quite clean, although there wasn't a mad rush while we were there. All-in-all a good visit!

i have never made a review for any type of food, let alone wendy’s, but let me just say this place NEVER misses. every time i come here, even when i can’t get what i wanted, these people make the most delicious fast food i have every experienced. it is 10pm, i doordashed a potato and salad for myself and food for my sister, and it still came hot. the potato was so good and my salad was exactly how i asked. whenever i go the people are incredibly kind, and get me in and out of the drive thru SUPER quick with amazing food! genuinely, this wendy’s will always be my go to. i know this is a lot of rave for a fast food place, but i’m drunk as hell. and this wendy’s has never failed me so. here ya’ll go

Great service, cashier said he liked my name so yeah get recked. Only downside was no napkins on the bags. Food was good.
