Stewart's Shop

The service is okay, sometimes it’s not but over all cheaper then some gas stations. They have gas, diesel, fresh subs, pizza (that isn’t that great), an assortment of different hot foods, as well as cold foods like ice cream, they make milkshakes, have a public restroom. It’s pretty much a one stop shop. Oh and they always have hot coffee.

Ok while on vacation we were on our way to tour a cave and I kept seeing this name pop up in multiple locations. With curiosity I wanted to go and try their ice cream. OMG!!! the ice cream was SO good!!! I had the Blueberry Crumble Ice Cream and will admit I did drive to the gas station multiple times just for the ice cream 😍😍😍 If you have not tried it, you are missing out! Definitely hooked! It’s so fresh and you can taste the difference. Thank You for making literally home made with love ice cream.

Stopped here for diesel fuel and loved the coffee. Was wondering if they use valero fuel and if I could use my valero credit card here

Valero gets the job done, at fair rates given the world's insanity now, so little more can be asked. All pumps in working order, with prices in analog. The ingress/egress to the intersection are wide.

Clean, helpful, polite

I work in town and everybody in town comes here to get breakfast around 7 in the morning. There’s only one employee running the whole store. And it’s swamped with customers. It’s so frustrating and inconvenient for everyone. transactions take forever and it’s impossible to get food unless you’re lucky enough to be there when the food comes right out if anyone got a chance to even make it. Now I’m only rating now because today was even worse than every other day. It was a young lady who just started working, She was really nice and composed even though there must have been close to 15-20 customers waiting, but I have no complaint with her besides I asked for a single scoop of ice cream and she told me she hadn’t been shown anything with the ice cream leading in a lost sale, I just think all of that together is pretty ridiculous. I used to work for Stewart’s not long ago, when I started, in orientation they had us do a course where we were told we would have help and there would never be more than 2 customers in line. I know the company can afford to pay 2 employees to make the company money in prime business hours, it’s just mind blowing that that’s not the case and even more that the store in the county’s capital is in the state it’s in every morning.

This is the worst Stewart's gas station I have ever been to. If you're lucky enough to find one person working in there at a snails paste the other's hiding in the corner line of people people leaving the store it's absolute terrible

Disappointed I was so excited that there is a Stewart's in Norwich now I love there brewed tea when they first opened I asked about the tea the young lady just said they had tea bags and hot water
I said oh all the other Stewart's I have been to have brewed tea which is really good and I've been to many Stewart's stores and they ALL have brewed tea
The manager had told me previously that if they didn't have it out to ask and they can make but Today same thing the young lady said we have teabags and hot water
