This is my go to store every time! I do alot of DIY projects and most of my needs are for the ideas that come when I'm repairing something, (has to be make it better than before). The customer service here is phenomenal!! I have yet to have any one of them tell me my idea won't work, in fact, they always add a "don't forget to" or "you may need". And if one can't help, they always call on another to assist. And the next time I go in they always ask how it worked out followed by what project today, lol. I appreciate the level of confidence I leave with.

Bought a lawnmower here this past week, when I got it home it did not work, kept shutting off. Took it back and they replaced it no questions asked. Diann and Mark were super nice and made it a very easy process. Thank you!

Been going here for years sometimes it's a little more expensive but it isn't a big chain store and Kevin has been the manager ever since I can remember and every time you go there he will help you find what you need and actually knows what he's talking about unlike Home Depot or Lowes

I prefer to go to Coles over HD or L because even though they have several locations, they're still local. Furthermore, they still keep a number of items that you won't find at the big box stores. Staff is very friendly and remember you and what you were looking for the last time you were there.

I love Coles hardware store! Coles ALWAYS have anything and everything I need, the staff is always friendly, and helpful.
The store is very clean and well maintained, and organized. There is a name band hardware store 5 minutes from my home, and I always drive past, THAT ONE, to go to Coles. In other words " Coles Just ROCKS!

Not the cheapest or best selection, but super convenient when you forgot that one key item, and the staff is the best, nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable around, unlike the "help"you get at the big box stores.

Like this place everything a hardware store should have and much more closer than the big chain stores a little more pricey but much much closer to home highly recommend this place
