CVS

I haven’t had to get any RX’s filled in quite a while (several years)…. but my daughter got her wisdom teeth taken out so I asked the oral surgeon office to call in her needs to this CVS.

This is clearly a very busy pharmacy in the area… but they got the ordered filled within an hour.

When I first saw the pickup line… I got worried… but the staff seem to work as fast and efficiently as possible… while also being professional and even friendly.

I was really impressed and grateful because you normally see a high traffic place mean that the staff starts getting a little short because of the stress, but I didn’t get that feel at all.

The store employees was very professional, courteous and informative. I always love coming to this CVS it has the feel of family values and compassion.

Been going to this location since 2019, I have never had any issues. The employees in both the pharmacy and front registers, work fast and efficiently. For the people complaining about the lines, it’s usually the clueless and slow customers that are the ones making the lines long.

It was a joy working with the cashier at checkout, during such a sad time in my life he made me smile and laugh.

The staff here has always been pleasant and helpful every time I've visited this location. The shelves are stocked and prices are clearly labeled. Yesterday, I was especially appreciative for the help of one of the pharmacy staff members. I wanted to drop off some prescriptions but my daughter's doctor accidentally wrote the year as 2018 instead of 2019 on her prescriptions. This young lady took the time to contact the doctor and have her resend it electronically so that I did not have to drive back to the doctor's office with a sick child.

Excellent experience. Everyone was pretty busy and the store manager Mr. Bruce saw me looking a little confused. He politely offered his assistance. He took me to aisle where the product would be. However, there shelves was empty. He stated that they are preparing to put more out they just received a shipment. He went into the back of the store and came out with the product I needed and even assist me with carrying the items to the front of the store. He ask if I needed anything else and that he would be happy to assist me. His customer service was just awesome. He was very nice, polite and respectful, and even manage to make me smile in spite of my rough day. Thank you

Every time I come in this store it's always neat,well kept and phenomenal staff, especially Carolyn and devontae. They set the standards the company strives to deliver

This is a great CVS, but it can get very busy at times and hard to get a close parking spot too. I have never had a problem here, and I've always found everything I needed on the shelves here. The store is always clean and well-organized and the employees are nice.

I can't think of any improvements at this time. The employee Carolyn was friendly and greeted everyone as they enters the store.

This pharmacy is the absolute best! The pharmacists are super friendly, very accommodating and make sure my prescriptions are safe, and I understand everything about them. Also mails me my positions do I don't have to pick them n up!Alsmailsmmmermemy prescribed

The folks at the pharmacy are nice and deal with high demand with a sense of urgency. The store itself is much too expensive to even begin to understand. Other than that, my experiences have been positive.

Never waited in a long line, never got stood up(said it was ready and it wasn’t) never had an insurance issue unless they just didn’t cover it. Staff is kind. I usually pay online and pickup. Idk what time y’all goin but I usually go after 7pm. Even if I do go before then I never have issues. If you don’t like this cvs it gets much worse at the one in Eastover!!!!!!Go there, I bet you will be back booboo!!!!!

I am out of town and forgot my med. They were courteous and prompt with filling my prescription. Excellent service!

Samantha at the pharmacy is amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She deserves 10 stars. Great job Samantha!

Unfortunately they don't have self checkout here. 😔
