02/01/2024- We went to Tanger Outlets to find StarBucks! I had a hot tea! My friend had hot oatmeal, a croissant, and coffee! We sat and dined in. The staff was polite, fast and professional. Good and beverage were good!

Walked in around 1:15 PM. Nobody in line ordered vanilla latte hot. One of the best vanilla latte hot I’ve gotten from Starbucks wish I lived closer.

Andrea Customer Service is top notch, She had a the biggest smile on her face when she greeted me and made me feel very welcomed, Thank you 10/10

Consistency is the word with Starbucks. They don't dissapoint.

They have great spanish music! I love going in there and hearing some Reggaeton

This is one of the most convenient Starbucks locations in this area. The staff here are very polite. I ordered an Ice coffee and, I was on my way out. I would recommend people who love coffee to visit this location in the Oxon Hill/ Fort Washington/ National Harbor area.👍

Great Experience at this location. Even with the line the staff stayed positive and showed great customer service. Also that Vanilla Bean Frap was amazing. I will definitely come to this location again.

Fatima is absolutely amazing. She is always so attentive and always knows exactly what I want and I keep coming back because of her great service and she always has a smile on her face.

For a super busy store these guys were fantastic, busy and very nice and efficient..

walked in on a busy saturday, all of the girls worked so hard and efficently given the circumstance, super friendly nd surprisingly funny. mike especially was super friendly and helpful, loved him!

I don’t frequent Starbucks frequently but I did visit this location this afternoon. As soon as I walked in, Jocelyn & Tyesha were so welcoming and I could see their smiling faces behind their mask. I placed my order with Tyesha and as Jocelyn was making a drink for another order, I asked what she was making. She went out of her way to recommend a new drink I’ve never had before and also allowed me to try it! That kind of customer service is unmatched in todays society. Kudos to this dynamic duo at this location. They deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer service, going the extra mile and having a positive attitude. I’ll definitely be back!

Ms. Rosa was super pleasant and suggested multiple items that I might enjoy based on my order.

Best Starbucks I have been to in a while. The employees were nice and conversed with us. They cleaned often, everyone wore their mask and all areas were very clean. The only complaint is they do not have oat milk yet. Thank you so much for your kindness and delicious drinks.

Today I was running late to pickup hot coffee and Reggie remade it for me. I love this location and the morning shift are great too. Always pleasant experience no matter how busy they are.

I like the manager at this Starbucks. Does his best to remember names and connect with customers.

My experience here is always great! I do mobile order often because I usually get breakfast or lunch during work hours here always ready when I arrive. The place has a great vibe as well music always playing and it just feels really welcoming. Keep up the great work :)

This Starbucks is a little tricky to find initially but definitely a gem. Worth the search. The staff is pleasant and considerate. I've sat in long enough to observe their awesome customer service toward others too. Thanks for allowing me to work for a few uninterrupted hours when I come through guys! Oh, and the veggie wrap box is my favorite with an infused water. Good for me and so delicious 😋

I love Starbucks, the employees are kind and efficient! This is a busy store! It needs to larger because the lines are often outside! The employees are professional and courteous! I have a unique request and they get right each time!!! I will be back!!
