I love this pharmacy! Nicole, Addison, and the pharmacy techs go above and beyond to make sure that my family and I have access to our prescriptions. This is one of the busiest pharmacies around, so I am always impressed by their efficiency and kindness.

This review is for the store part of Walgreens, not the pharmacy (I go somewhere else for my medication). I come to Walgreens for the buy-one-get-one-free deals on gummy supplements. That amount of gummies for a great price keeps me well-stocked at home for a few months at a time. Every time I've been there, the aises have been clean and organized. I've needed to ask the staff once or twice to help me find something and I was pleased with the assistance each time. The location of right off Elden St. on a corner, which is convenient to find. The parking lot is pretty big and has two entrances (one on each street), with plenty of spaces usually available

I’m not sure why this location is getting low stars. I went there 3 times, 1 for a shot and twice to pick up prescriptions and everything was relatively quick and smooth, despite a relatively high volume of customer. No issues here.

On our way back from Herndon, stopped by a Walgreens and decided to shop there rather than driving to our Ashburn location. First Tuesday of the month so AARP 20% off non-sale items. We found what we were looking to buy and quick exit out of the store. To get back on the main road you do have to drive a bit around since no u turns are allowed.

I went in to talk to the pharmacy manager about a prescription mix up. I was not happy and was very concerned about the wrong meds being given to the wrong person. The pharmacy manager wasn't working, but the store manager was. I don't remember his name, but he is a very tall man. He was very understanding. He listened to me. He went into the pharmacy and talked to the staff immediately. The pharmacist was very apologetic. They both were concerned and corrected everything on the spot.
Human errors happen. As a customer I felt very heard and respected, so I will never hold this mix up against the staff there.
The store manager handled the whole thing professionally and swiftly. I respect that.

I had a really pleasant time at this Walgreens.

I am from out of state and I came to this Walgreens to find some essentials for my 4 day trip out in Virginia. I was looking around and I was having a difficult time trying to find one of the things I was looking for. I had an employee named Luke help me with looking for something that I couldn't find at the store. He was very respectful and quick to find the thing I wanted to get.

The store was also very clean and wearing masks. Thank you for providing great service.

I originally wrote a scathing review when the head pharmacist denied my wife her meds and intimidated her doctor over the phone, complaining that her treatment plan put his license at risk.

But in a surprising turn of events, I found Walgreens leadership, including the store's office manager (trained as a pharmacist), the Walgreens Social Care Unit, and the Regional Director of Pharmacy, responded to my grievance with reason, compassion, and flexibility. I couldn't ask for anything more. The head pharmacist is no longer employed with Walgreens, and the Regional Director reached out to the physician in an effort to restore the surrendered medication.

The other pharmacists at this location have always given my wife the highest level of service within safety guidelines.

The low star reviews of the store, or plain wrong. They are written by the rich snobby impatient people who live in the area. The store is incredibly organized, clean, and can the customer service at the main counter is it dominator

Pharmacy is always busy but that’s the nature of the pharmacy business, when have you seen one boy busy.

I'm not sure what these negative reviews are all about. I've been going to this pharmacy for years and never had a single issue in getting prescriptions filled or with customer service. I would recommend.

I always found this pharmacy to be competent, efficient and nice. The store has great people who always help.They don’t always have an answer, but they really try to help you and I appreciate that.

It's never too crowded, masks are required, dividers at checkout and sanitary. All you could ask for these days from a place to shop at.
