Exceptional Service and Timely Delivery

I recently visited the store in search of new furniture, and my experience was outstanding. Ms. Sarah provided excellent assistance, going above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Not only did she ensure a smooth in-store experience, but the delivery of my furniture was prompt, in stark contrast to the extended wait times I encountered with other distributors. The two delivery professionals exhibited top-notch customer service, making the entire process seamless. I am highly impressed and will enthusiastically recommend this store to my family and friends.

New owners! New environment! I was so over Badcock before the revamp. Nothing was addressed when we had issues in the past. With the great people that are there now.... I don't even have an issue to bring up. But I am confident that they will be on top of it if ever the time may arise. I actually enjoy stopping in to look around for just little decorative items every couple of weeks or so. Just a lovely shopping experience all the way around. Ms. Sarah is my all-time favorite, and the owner is a hoot. Please keep them in business. They are the blueprint!

WOW. What a difference new ownership makes. I stopped shopping at this store years ago - just never had a good experience.
Well, today changed that! I saw the new ownership statement on the outside sign a month or so back. It should say "whole new world". Kim and her crew are fabulous. Josy assisted me with a purchase and I am beyond pleased. She listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions that were perfect for me. I am so pleased with my purchase and will probably just drop in to visit with them 'cause I had so much fun. Go see them - you will be glad that you did. The delivery was as good as the sales process. Here lately I have had a good buying experience but a terrible delivery experience. The two gentlemen who brought my purchase were polite and careful with my chairs and my home and property. They took the time they needed but worked quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed.

Jenna was very helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. We came in later in the day, but she happily stayed late. She is definitely an asset to Badcock.

The woman who took my order (over the phone) was very helpful. She helped me choose the correct items for my needs and she did offer many options before we decided on our final purchases. She was very nice and very professional. Thank you Badcock!

We placed an order and had some confusion as to the delivery date. The manager made this right and delivered it when we needed it. The delivery guys were top notch! We will shop here again because of this.
