AT&T Store

Had a great experience at the AT&T mt pleasant. Devin(unsure of spelling) was so knowledgeable of products , devices , answered all of our questions, found what was best for our accounts. Very personable and never made you feel rushed during our visit. So thank for that experience!

I went in to trade my phone in to switch over from straight talk and to be added from a family plan and the employees that helped me were overly helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me retain my number by staying on the phone with straight talk for around 2 hours but they also offered my mom and I a bottle of water. I would definitely recommend going there for anything especially if you have a problem or issue since they were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for the and friendly service!

We just changed from Verizon to AT&T. Devin was absolutely great, he took the time to set everything up for us, answered all of our questions, and took the extra time to set up my account for my employment discount (since I didn't bring the right info). I highly recommend stopping in to the Mt Pleasant store

Went to the store this evening to get new phones, Devin was amazing. He explained my bill. Helped me pick out new phones and actually was able to help me save money. I have worked with Devin in the past and he has always been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable of the products and the service. A great asset to the store.

Devin and Shannon are amazing at their jobs. Devin is well knowledge and very nice to deal with. Shannon explained the promotions and pricing and just made the atmosphere of the store amazing

Every time we come in Devin is so helpful. He really knows what he's doing and always goes out of his way to make sure our devices are working the way they should be and answers all of our questions. If you stop in I definitely recommend you ask for him specifically!!

Every visit to the Mt Pleasant AT&T store has been a really good experience. Skylar is very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and services , and very patient when we ask a million questions. We never had a long wait . We had some problems in the beginning switching over to AT&T , from my previous provider. Skylar took the time and got us the plan we wanted and made the switch seamless. At&T needs more employees like her.

Came in to make the switch from Sprint. Devin was super friendly and easy to deal with. The manager Robert was very intelligent and quick. Skylar also made us feel welcome.

Amazing experience. Patrick went above and beyond to try to help my husband and I get new phones. Even stayed an hour past closing to ensure everything was done correctly and we were happy. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic place! Robbie and Skyler were the best! Robbie sat with us and helped us and had all the right answers. He was patient and professional and helped us get a confusing transaction processed. Will be going back for all our wireless needs.

Ask for devin hes so calm and gentle very caring and sweet aura around him hes super helpful when it comes to my phone ive had issues in the past with it and he explains everything in great detail bc sometimes i dont always understand fully so he explains it to where I understand

Jeffrey was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the technical issues my wife and I had with our phones.
