6:20pm - 10/7/23 - Guy behind counter couldn't have possibly been ANY less helpful if he had tried. Up until my question had 0 interaction with him as he was checking out customers when I walked into the store with my neon green tank. With (3) different products in my hand, prepared to spend over $150+ before leaving town tomorrow, when I ask him what makes these products different, he doesn't even look up to see what I'm talking about, just says, no idea "we don't test anything." Stunned and thinking it was the beginning of a dry joke, I wait, he's silent and I walk out. In the middle of typing this he actually came out to smoke, so here he is. Horrible experience.

Let me start out by saying I love this store, but as a business some things should opperate smoothly. The fact that my card was double charged sucks, but that happens. But the fact that I have to wait 3 days to talk to someone to fix the issue is unreasonable. I'm going in on Monday 2/18 and will update this review once this issue is resolved. I really want to give this place 5 stars. The staff has always been super helpful and they have good stuff. But this is rediculous. This ruins plans for my aniversay.

Let me start out by saying if you’re looking to buy garbage or faulty toys then this is a place to shop the owner is very rude he’s not a care in the world about the fact that he’s selling you junk. all he can say is my health code I am not allowed to take returns even if the product is not used. Was promised by an employee that he would fix it and give me something different drove in to find out that he wouldn’t do it. Given false hope wasting my gas in time to get nowhere. In the last month three times in a row I bought toys from the store and all three were faulty and did not work properly or at all so let me give you some advice go anywhere else but here in fact go online you’ll be getting cheaper prices. The prices that he shows his product or five times the amount that they’re worth or that you could purchase online. Please note that I’m not just saying this because I’m upset of the faulty equipment I bought them from them, I’m just trying to save everybody else’s money time and efforts . I wouldn’t even give them one star if they didn’t make me

Reviews about the store selling broken toys is true. No refunds or store exchanges but they don’t test the toys before you leave. Ended buying a toy that was defective and now stuck with it.

2 minutes was all I needed. Came in and said "hello", counter girl barely looked up and said nothing in return. No greeting and no asking if I was looking for anything. Store was gloomy and everything was far more expensive than other stores I've been to. Won't be back
