An overall great grocery store with a wide selection of products and friendly staff. I often shop here both personally and as an Instacart Shopper, and every time I go here, I leave satisfied. Everything here is great, from the pizzas and sandwiches prepared in-store, the organic section towards the back right corner, the ample amounts of different meats in the refrigerated section, and the produce, this store excels at providing customer satisfaction.

Love visiting this store! The fruit section. Is my all time favorite! My fiance from the Bronx visited this location and she was blown away with all products and savings. Great job Big Y!

Pizza is excellent especially the margarita large 13.99 can't beat the price there prices cut 8 tell them cut into 12 huge pie it's my favorite order anything you like there meatballs are above than some restaurants and there Stuffed breads are very good spinach broccoli mozzarella Stromboli 3.99 can of soda red Gravy/sauce on the side is a marinara u might ask for extra! Deli is delicious 1-10 is a 9 Store is very nice people that work there are very helpful

Well, I've been coming to this Big Y for as long as I've lived in Monroe (so, since 1996). I've never had any issues. They usually have what I'm looking for.

Who has ever heard of a grocery store with 4 and a half stars, it’s unheard of, but that’s how good this store is. Truly a compliment to the staff, they make each and every experience memorable. If you are trying to decide which grocery store to shop at in Monroe, look no further. Thanks to all those that work here and make each experience pleasant.

My new favorite place!! They have amazing deals! There donuts and pastries are sooo good! I also tried the lobster roll, which I wasn’t a huge fan of. My boys had the pizza and loved it! I recently bought the pumpkin pie which was good but too sweet for my tastebuds! The store is overall super clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

What can you say? Amazing. From the white glove cleanliness, to the impeccable selection of hand picked offerings. Staff is not only knowledgeable about their section but they do it with a smile. Deli, meats, cheese, produce it's all here in display perfection. Class...First Class. Keep up the Great Job Big Y...we will all be back.

Great selection when it's not a pandemic. Always a good experience there. They are making everyone wear masks and only let a certain number of people in at a time. They have been sanitizing carts like crazy. I would shop here over stop and shop most of the time.

Changing my earlier review and marking this place a full 5 stars now. They have seemingly brought in more options for purchase and now I can find anything here that it’s competitor down the street has and also get a much more pleasant shopping experience.

My husband and I are in this market 3-4 times per week. The soup bar is our absolute FAVORITE. I call in advance to get our soup order. So professional and friendly. Leslie, Eric, Alyssa, Vanessa, Kat go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

I've been shopping at the Big Y in Monroe Ct. For the last 20years. Has the best produce, seafood and butcher counter. They also make their own fresh Mozzarella cheese that's really good.

Just moved to Trumbull from Stamford. This is my new and FAVORITE grocery store! Not to big, not to small, great staff, local produce, and the best store-made chicken pot pie I've ever had!
