CVS

I just came back from picking up some prescriptions and an over the counter medication and couldn’t of had a better experience. The person who greeted me at the cash register had a big smile on and wished me hello. After I told her what prescriptions I wanted she informed me one wasn’t ready but if I wanted to wait, ended up being less than a few minutes, she would expedite it, which she must have.

I also needed an over the counter medication and the pharmacist validated my use and informed me about some of the side effects that help me select the correct product and dosage.

Great experience- thank you so much. Tough job that usually only gets complaints.

The most helpful manager! He saved me lots of money showing me coupons through the app.

They had what I needed, but the sale price never seems to be applied at checkout, even when I enter my phone number.

I can see why the reviews are bad,I was at CVS to sign up to get a flu shot,and was sent away to do it online.Some people like me are just not good on computers ! I got nowhere on line and was told to call shop cvs .com and that took me 1 hour, because the person didn't even know where the state of Connecticut was ! Getting a flu shot should NOT be that difficult.This new way of doing things is just wrong, no one cares anymore and CVS showed me this.

Started using pharmacy here and now I understand the low ratings. Had to adjust my previous review. I gave them a few more chances but the customer service etc. is horrible at the pharmacy. Beware of a “Donna”. An older woman with a huge attitude in pharmacy area. I can’t stand it when workers are rude to kind customers.
Front end of store: Always a cashier there to help me. Clean, new, beautiful store. Only thing I question is why they built such a huge building for this CVS. Totally unnecessary. Thinking they should have just renovated the old location. Please keep up the quality service towards the front & update pharmacy staff.

6:30pm on a Saturday and the Pharmacy is closed. Everything in the world is open until 8 or 9 on Saturdays. The store is open but the pharmacy is closed. So they acknowledge that people are still out shopping but close the pharmacy. This is really not putting the "customer" first. Very disappointed.

Beautiful new store, you'd think they have staff here, but no... Only one person working at a time every time I've been here.
