I Know A Guy Foods Deli & Food Truck

I stopped in for a takeout order. The service was quick and the counter staff friendly. The tuna wrap was good. Glad I stopped at the deli!

We've used I Know A Guy for a couple of small catering needs, and were so pleased each time! We recently ordered some sandwich platters for our son's hockey team. The portions were generous, the bread was fresh, and the meats were high quality!
I also highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. Skip the Dunkin drive thru and support a great local family business instead!

Loved their buffalo chicken salad! Good flavoring and spice!!
Had a grilled chicken panini that was perfectly cooked, not dry. Ham grinder was delicious and took the left overs home.
My daugther loved their footlong hot dog!! The fries were homemade and had good seasoning!!
The food is worth the money.

I am always so happy with the food and the service at I Know A Guy. The owner is fantastic and truly cares about his customers and his staff is always super friendly as well! Also, they catered our work event and the food was outstanding! Me and my staff order from here regularly and we are always very happy. I highly recommend stopping for a delicious bite!

Loved it! Such a diverse and healthy menu. Something for everyone. Besides the deli, their food truck is spotless and so much fun. Recommend following them and checking their calendar for events.

My fiance and I stopped in on our way to Hogans Cider mill and decided to stop for a quick bite. We came early and they served us quick, the Bacon Egg and Cheeses were REALLY good and the coffee was delicious. I do wish they had more condiments available (I always put hot sauce in my BEC)

Whether you’re eating in the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant or trying to have a fast pickup for lunch they’ve got it covered. Amazing sandwich with very friendly staff, would recommend

This food truck recently opened a deli in Burlington. So far we've had a coffee and a delicious egg and bacon sandwich on a bulky roll. Both were fantastic.

As much as we went to Dunkin, those days are over. Found our new quick breakfast to go place. They also have seating inside.

I picked up breakfast burritos for my office today at I Know A Guy Deli in Burlington. Some breakfast magic happening at this grill! I had the bacon that was good sized and delicious 😋 They also serve lunch and offer catering. I would definitely recommend I Know A Guy Deli to friends and family.

Their breakfast is excellent here. As a New Yorker I finally found a good egg sandwich in Connecticut. Really friendly and good amount of choices. I’ll definitely be back.

It is great to have more quality restaurants/delis in town! Finally stopped in today and got a breakfast burrito with bacon, highly recommend it! Will be coming back to try out the paninis!

The Biscuits and Gravy are amazing. Coffee is good. The owner and and staff are always welcoming! We'll be back!
