The pharmacy staff, at this location, are friendly and expedient. If they don't have something in stock they give a polite explanation (not an excuse!) and problem solve while waiting for said product to come in. In my specific case, they found that the CVS down the street (632 Middle Turnpike, Storrs, CT 06268) had the needed medication. The staff made ALL arrangements for me to retrieve said medication there. Now that's Team Work!! ♥ Many thanks to this pharmacy team and the pharmacy team at Middle Turnpike, Storrs locations. Please keep working together to serve our community.

The store is clean and well stocked. I love being able to get my flu shots etc there. All the employees but one have been helpful and kind. I also love the savings with the card!

Excellent pharmacy staff who were patient with my new insurance! They never gave up and dispute tons of customers they were well staffed and treated Everyone individually! While waiting, they knew at least half of their customers by name and had great relationships with them. Very happy to have switched my pharmacy to them!

I never usually do anything like this but I needed to say something about a man who helped me. Max was such a sweet guy, he made sure everyone was helped, and he asked everyone how they were doing. We don’t have a lot of people like him, but I’m so happy he helped me cash out. Such a sweet guy.
