Big 5 Sporting Goods

Has alot of goods, proves service is applicable and has fair return policies. You could find comforting gear including shoes of many kinds for a very fair price, and contains items for all kinds of ball sports, skates, to hunting firearms and blades. Employees are very welcoming and nice to customers. The best place I'd recommend for a quick sporting good is here.

I've made good purchases here before but most importantly I loved the customer service for when returning an item. They were ok with me returning a bag that I had taken the price tag off of.

The store on Valley and Sierra (Fontana), has excellent customer service.
The young guy by the guns and knives area patiently educated me to choose the items correctly. Since I had no idea to compare between different types.
I ended buying some items from that section.
Very satisfied for my acquisitions.
I truly recommend this store. The personnel from one section all the way to cashier is very friendly and professional.

Dakota was very helpful. He helped me get my sled and also pick out some shoes. He seemed really busy helping lots of customers. Multitasking, and getting price checks on snow gloves. Thanks again. Felt well treated. This was my first time. I will definitely return.

Called ahead for a hold on a product I needed. When I arrived the person I spoke with, helped me and guided me to a better product for a good value. Cashier was pleasant and the gentleman behind the counter in the firearms dept. was super informative and kind to my 9 year old son. A great experience.

Bought several pairs of shoes here. Good prices on most item on sale. Hope Big 5 stays around for a long time. Service is usually fast and friendly.

My first time coming to this Big 5 I have to say hands down the best customer service no matter where your at in the store.. To the head managers whatever it is your doing your doing it right. Customer service was great. The Manager Anthony was exceptional in his service. He assisted us the whole time we were there while assisting other. This is a place I will be going to when I need the items they provide. Thank you for your great service.

Great place, well stocked and friendly customer service! Only thing was their card reader was super slow today so it made the purchase take much longer than I expected she did reasure us and let us know it wasn't on our part so that's nice when you feel like your the one holding up the line... Lol

It was nice experience. We went into purchase some chairs for us to sit on while we watch our kid's football games and the girls in there were very helpful.

Young man that helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took his time with me. Wish I would have got his name but he was a tall slender Hispanic young man. He deserves a raise.

Always go to place for softball gear. In & out in less than 1 hr. Had everything we needed. Cashier was a great help on a coupon for the gear that was purchased..

Store looked great for a holiday weekend. I was asked if I needed help. The items I wanted were in stock and checkout was fast

We go to big 5 whenever we need sneakers, boots or work shoes for my husband. This is a must go to for gifts. This time we went in looking for a patch for an air mattress and left with one along with two new kids air beds which my grandsons love while they're here. And we can never leave without checking out the beanie babies for the kids also.

Not sure if they have a new management but customer service is great store is clean before just 5 months ago it was total opposite. Good job on the Improvement Big 5!
