Sunrise Shop & Save

There wasn't anyone in sight to request access to a fitting room and no one at the register, but I know my size, so I just trusted the tags and grabbed some clothes from the section of the rack within my size range and waited patiently by the register. Amazing prices. I was shocked. I made my purchase and tried the items on at home. Turns out one article was mislabeled. Being a new customer, I felt like I wasn't given a fair shake at using the fitting room and with one article being the wrong size on the tag, I checked the receipt. "No returns". I took it back anyways expecting to be turned away and disappointed but I was totally wrong. I got a refund! They also said just go ahead and use the fitting room with up to 3 items. That legitimately turned 1 star into 5. Sorry for anyone that doesn't get a refund. It's their policy and, I assume, their discretion to issue one.

Awesome second hand store for getting everything you could possibly be missing in your life. Always friendly staff on-hand, and prices are good for product they have. Will continue to shop there as long as they are here!! <<

Update: although the covid has tried to kill our enthusiasm it has not!! It had only made us appreciate our lives even more!!! Prices are up on everything in America because of our crazy economy with 10% inflation so we just doubled down on that!! This store has it all. Except for the other really cute shoe I wanted the other day. Life is so unfair!!! But they continue to have excellent customer service and great prices . Like I said the prices are higher because everything is higher!! Happy shopping it's big and full of bargains!!! Open 7 days a week!! Enjoy!!

Clean store, I shop for my kiddos alot and most kids jeans are 2.99 and shirts are 1.99 or 2.99. They just had some new shoes with tags still on for 3.99. Wonderful pricing. Love it!

The store was very clean and so organized. It didn't feel like a thrift store at all. To bad the other stores in town ate not like this. It was wonderful seeing the trainees out helping and chatting with customers. Just Made My day!

Its hit and miss like any thrift store....but overall they do a fine job. Sometimes the prices are way high....but the cause is good and they are always friendly

Whoops, tagged wrong review. Prices have gone up too much. St. Vincent's, in Sutherlin, is more reasonable.
