Very convenient from the highway. Good food and service. Also needed gas.

Great customer service today by the young man with the cool hair. He was stocking shelves and covering the register with great awareness of exactly when to be at the register to ring people up. Easy in and out for a bathroom break and snacks with good customer service.

Very clean environment friendly service nice bathrooms will chair accessible plenty of parking. Plenty of Fish Pizza family judges very nice quick in and out.

Easy access to get in and out. Close to HWY 218

Filled up because gas was cheap. Bathrooms were fairly clean also. Gas was $2.859 per gallon when we stopped.

A nice station to stop in at if you're leaving or coming into town and usually always has what i'm looking for. Depending on what night it is determines which workers you have to deal with. On a few occasions, had two of the younger workers seemed to be inconvenienced that they had to put their phones down and decide which would ring a few sales up.

The older/other workers have been great and I would have no problem continuing getting fuel and snacks from here

The bathrooms are always disgusting. It's like they don't pay attention to them all day. The main area is always spectacular. I'm only down in this area 2 or 3 times a month and every time I stop at this location because ita the most convenient and every time I tell the employees that there's toilet paper all over the floor, the toilets need cleaned, no soap in the dispensers, or the trash is full. Other than that, the employees are always nice and professional. Just wish they would pay more attention to the bathrooms especially when there 4 of them like today.

No squeegee for windshield at pump, no soap in women's, no paper towels and dirty floor in men's restroom. New facility needs to be kept up!

This place does not open on time. Food is not prepared on time. Poor customer service. How is this place open? Not a very professional atmosphere. Needs to be open when it says. Here it is the 15 of July 2023, nothing has changed. Again still no breakfast food, donuts look like they where put away wet, not a joke. How does a business stay open if it can't perform. Can't give the customer what they want. Guess our really don't want my money. Sad.

I am not sure why I keep pitting myself through this. Caseys mount pleasant can't keep reakfast pizza available between 4 and 5 am. They are the only place to get breakfast and can't. Why? I'm done . Pissed. They are proud of their pizza but never have one. Unbelievable, unacceptable and get better people.

I bought 2 donuts in this store this morning took a bite and found hair in my donut how freaking gross!!! Called store and was told to bad I just wasted over 4.00

I am traveling and have been to many Casey's, this one had a rude older Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese at the front counter 530 am. She has no customer service. Every employee in there was rude, concerned with everything but the customers! I has to ask for a bag for my items and then it was sat on the counter, so when did we stop bagging for customers?? Check your cameras! A heavy set red head was yelling at a girl by the oven who was working over some bottled waters!!! They need a real supervisor there, I would not recommend stopping, run out of gas or go across the street first!

The store manager is never there leaving the other managers and staff to fend for themselves. Apparently they have a food service leader but he leaves them high and dry too. Never enough staff and the pumps never work. Don’t know why they opened this location.
