I had an exceptional experience with the pharmacy staff. Their customer service was the best I've ever received. I had to go to a new opthamologist for a very bad and painful eye infection but received horrible service but was able to get a prescription. As soon as we dropped off the prescription Mia noticed right away the dosage instructions were missing and tried calling the doctor but couldn't reach them. Both Mia and Ivan continued to call over the next couple of days without any response from the doctor's office. I called the doctor's office and was told that the pharmacy will need to call again because they don't call the pharmacies and was very rude. I called Mia and informed her of what was said and she called back again.She finally got a hold of the office manager and also advocated on my behalf regarding the misinformation regarding their procedures with the pharmacy and the unprofessional way they handled my care especially since I was in pain. She also was able to speak with the doctor, got the prescription information and recommended the doctor prescribe some drops for me. This whole ordeal took 3 painful days for me. I am so thankful for everything Mia and Ivana did for me. They really cared, showed compassion, were professional and displayed exceptional service. I honestly can't thank them enough.

Mia the Walgreen manager is the best for this job she works very hard making sure every customer is satisfied. She has the best customer service and deserves a raise for her awesome customer service. She is always smiling at customer and knows how to calm down angry customers. She has amazing personality and very welcoming smile 😃..Well she is the best at what she do couldn’t ask for better person in my opinion she is the best!!! Good job for picking Mia made right choice putting her in charge great person for the job.

After 2 long, painful weeks of being told "no-dont have them in stock" with no explanation I almost had a mental breakdown in the store. Mia Phan truly saved me. We need more people like Mia in this world. Thank you so much Mia!!

I have been a customer at this location for a long time and the customer service has been average. Now they have a new manager Stepanie. She has been there since April 2019. Stepanie has great positive energy. She has excellent customer service and from my observation she provides great support to her staff. If I could give Stephanie 10 ⭐ s I would. I hope she stays at this location.

They've always been courteous to me. They are pretty organized and not too rushy rushy, which is nice.

If you go to the one in Decatur, however, the male tech there is absolutely horrendous to deal with. Tons of attitude, condescending tone and manner, eyerolling when he doesn't get his way (yes, like a teenager)....The pharmacist herself is ok but I have no idea how that tech still has a job after all the ridiculousness I encountered.

This store is the best and pharmacy staff are wonderful. They just need extra help since it is super busy store due to the location. Store manager and pharmacy manager are the number one in the area.

If I had the opportunity I would rate it Zero star... I had 3 pick up orders that I received text message and email which all ready to pick up, and when I went there one of the orders was not ready who I kept waiting for more than 15 minutes with 2 rude agents who asked me to go and grab the dishwasher soap from the store shelf’s without matching the price 😂 😂 even the difference was $0.50 and this was the order number 203586015083 please educate and train both of them how to deal with the customer who already had a bad experience instead of making the customer upset for $0.50....

I changed the rating to 5 stars after I picked my new item up Today from same location and the store manger who called me and promised me that she would train his employees and that happened based of my last visit. Thanks,

The new pharmacy store manager ms.Mia .she have great customer service with customers and I hope she will stay to this pharmacy for so long term. Plus her Tech Fay and Suna have great customer service to people .they all makes me even I want to come back even time to this great customer service pharmacy.keep Up like that EVERY TIME and EVERYDAY

This location had alot to offer and I've been here many of times , its never really a line and i always went late so that explain it , but the service was good and the store was clean , I'm going to go here again because i live the sales and im a club member!

I truly appreciate being walked to the isle as opposed to just being told a direction, I appreciate the manager that took time to stop stocking and walked me to find the things I needed.

Had every item available I'd looked for and that experience alone was awesome!

They have always been a good pharmacy. Courteous and helpful! It also helps a lot that they are open 24 hours.

I shop here but the store was out of what I wanted.
