Ralph provided the best customer service from the first call I made for information on what they had along with pricing. He never tried to rush to get off the phone. I told him I had spoke with several other places and he provided the best customer service and that is what draws me to make a purchase! We went Saturday and even bought a more expensive zero turn mower because that is what we liked not because he tried to persuade us! We are pleased with the service, our purchase and would definitely use them again! 10/10!!!

I used to get wood pellet fuel from 54 Lawn and Garden for many years, so when I had to get a new lawn tractor, they were my first choice. Well pleased so far with my new Cub Cadet.

1st visit to 54 Lawn and Garden. Staff here was very helpful. They were willing to answer all of my wife's questions and provided great information on their outdoor furniture. These items are a little pricey but well made and should last a lifetime. Well worth the trip.

Bought a new toro this summer from hwy 54-they are wonderful. Austin Answered all my questions even after the sale. Made adjustments to make my lawn mower fit me and made sure that I knew how everything operated before leaving the lawn mower. Austin and service guy (sorry i dont know his name)answered a text after hours when I had an issue. That type of treatment is unheard of with most places.
I Have recommended them to family members who also bought products from them later this summer and were very happy with service. I woll continue to recommend and This will be where i go when I need products that they carry.

Abuse! That is the only way to describe what our Cub Cadet Ultima Zt1 50 inch zero turn endures. I have numerous children who use it. We should be nicer to it but we are not. I should have a bush hog but instead keep our brush and fields cleared with the mower. Just now sharpened the blades for the first time after two years of abuse. It runs and cuts flawlessly. And the team at 54 are the kindest, most honest good Christian folks you will find. Yes, you can get a mower at the big box stores. But 54 has parts and the best service department around. Don't give the big box stores your money when you can get the same stuff for a great deal from honest folks like the 54 team. And they carry the best. Cub Cadet mowers, Echo power equipment, Dewalt cordless tools, BCS tillers, and lots of other premium outdoor products.

Absolutely incredible experience. They should teach classes on customer service. Galen and his manager went above and beyond to make sure I got the mower I wanted. Of course they want to make a sale but it was more than that. They stayed late due to some issues we were having with the finance company and they two of them personally stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved and I drove off with a new mower on my trailer. I don't plan on ever dealing with anyone else for my mowing needs.

I recently had to replace a Cub Cadet mower that I purchased from 54 Lawn and Garden 13 years ago. I still remember the exceptional service that I received during that purchase, so I returned to look for my replacement mower. The staff and service was once again exceptional, and price was very competitive. I made this purchase there as well, and I could not be happier! I truly recommend that anyone considering purchasing lawn equipment from a box store, check out 54 Lawn and Garden first. The service is remarkably better, and you will most likely get as good or better price than the box stores. I will definitely come back to 54 Lawn and Garden before purchasing any outdoor equipment in the future.

Quick service. Nice clean professional looking showroom and area. Had something small worn on my mower and they covered it under warranty which I wasnt even expecting. Will continue to use in the future.
