I swear by the idiot program, the staff are the most knowledgeable in the industry IMO. I developed that view after attending the fall class a few years ago. My mind was blown at how much knowledge these guys have and how cool they are to work with. My lawn still has challenges even 6 years in as Mother Nature plays her games, but man it’s such a good feeling to walk out and appreciate all the hard work that goes into this hobby!”

Used Grass Pad's Idiot Proof lawn program to renovate a mostly dirt and weed filled lawn. Within a year and a half the turf is lush and thriving. Grass Pad has quality products and knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend!

I got prompt and insightful advice by email from this location. And I followed up by going to the store and received even more courteous and helpful information and suggestions for my lawn issues. No pressure, just options.
I made my purchase to get started on the project but will definitely be back! And the store is so easy to get to!

Spent yesterday at local hardware and garden stores and had NO help. Today at Grass Pad, their awesome sales Rep Brantley walked is around. He was knowledgeable, friendly and so much help. We always but our fertilizer and seed here but now I'll get my landscaping and all plants here too!

Great experience! Joe helped us decide on which shrubs to select for the front of our house. He was knowledgeable, and educated us on what each shrub needed. He was very pleasant to work with. He was super patient with us. Highly recommend Joe and Grass Pad!

Grass Pad has some of the best staff around. Sure it isn't as cheap as other places but you're paying for staff that knows what they are doing, talking about and who will guide you in all your landscaping needs. Been dealing with this company for over 20 years and can't remember once having an issue with any product purchased from them. They get the Super Dave Seal of Approval.

I love the baseball dirt (Turface) they introduced me to which has helped with my dogs muddy digging and it does a good job growing grass. Not many people sell this stuff but they do!

Excellent service, plenty of knowledgable help on hand. They take care of everything at the register and load your car. Maybe not as cheap as your big box stores, but buy local and get high on grass!

Went to the Grass Pad on 199th at my son's suggestion. The young man who helped me was wonderful. I paid for my purchases and then proceeded to get my "stuff" loaded in my car. Very friendly and price was good. I will be back.

Great service - helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of flowers, veggies shrubs, trees.. The prices are little higher, but I guess it pays off for everything else.

Corby, Cathy and the rest of the good folks that work there always take great care of me. They can point the pro toward what they need or walk a new homeowner through lawn care. They can help identify insect and disease problems and suggest remedies, as well. Flowers...trees...sod, all there waiting. Located on the northwest corner of 69 hwy and 199th street. Tell them Watson's tall skinny guy sent ya'!

The staff here are very helpful. I take them pictures, dead branches, etc and they can give me the best advice. So nice to buy from a store that can help all along the way and have the products you need.

I've been going to Grass Pad in Olathe, then State Line Road, and now
Stilwell. Corby and the crew are simply the nicest, most informative, honest folks around. They will actually tell you not to plant stuff because of weather or other conditions, and they go out of their way to show you cool plants that have just come in. I've always been pleased with the plants I've bought and the superb service I get. No attitudes here!

The gentleman selling me the grass seed was extremely helpful as I had no idea what to buy nor how much! I am planning to buy their full season fertilizer package in the Spring.

This location has the nicest friendliest people to assist you with picking plants, providing you helpful information and answering questions. Great selection. A big thank you to Valerie for helping us last Saturday!
