The girl at the front is always very helpful and kind and sweeter than most of the people that I have dealt with in this town. I believe her name was Kelsey & She exceeded my expectations after the company change I was very skeptical. Overall, this place has wonderful customer service, and in my experience everything you could possibly need!

Fair prices for items you just can't get anywhere else in town. Glad to have this store in our community. The Milwaukee and Dewalt displays are nice.

I purchased some nice plants at your store Memorial Day. I was very impressed with how good everything looked! The young lady working in garden center was so sweet! I am on oxygen and was having trouble with maneuvering around and she asked if I would like her to get me a cart.

They have everything I needed and they help you out to your vehicle. Best prices on tools

The people who work there are friendly and helpful, but the problem I have is I don't have the money to shop there...💰💸💷💶🪙

This Bomgaars went absolutely above and beyond to get me one of the loyalty rewards items. My local store is getting converted and wasnt up to speed yet. Bombaars in Burlington was the closest established store that had the item so I called them. Top notch people and I hope that corporate sees this to give them a raise!

This store is a life-saver in our small town. Other than groceries, (the best grocery store is next door!) Bomgaars has everything one needs: tools, feed, electrical, plumbing, sporting goods, apparel, toys for the kids, snacks, gardening, etc. All this and more at competitive pricing with great service.

Amazing how much stuff they can pack into a store like that the designers have done an excellent job and the inventory covers lots and lots of different venues. Prices are not the best but especially at the cost of gasoline right now the availability is better than driving out of town 30 or 40 miles to get what you need

This is a great place! It has about everything that you need to work on the house and a lot of things to work on your car. It's pretty awesome to have a store like this in Burlington! I hope it will have enough business to stay open.

Great selection, prices are pretty decent even considering Inflation caused by " The Big Guy" and cackling unlikeable.

Great place to go to get any homesteading supplies, animal products, tools, clothing, shoes, boots. Very well stocked and friendly workers
