Kohl's

Tis the season. Super busy, and the lines were long, but it went super fast. They had 6 cashiers and several people on the floor. It was not as bad as I thought it would be at all. Bought some items for my nephews winter mixer and went on my merry way. Great job guys!

Great customer, from the front door through out my entire shopping experience. Was able to locate & ask a very nice woman (she was stocking: she also to care of KC Chiefs appeal section) where sliders. On my way, found lots 9f KC Chiefs appeal & on sale.

Found what I came in for. And my check-out customer was too notch, I truly appreciated the amazing service.
I am sorry I didn't grab, these two employees, because they were rocking it.

I had a wonderful experience at Kohl's in Shawnee while shopping at the Sephora department this morning. Angela, the sales lady, greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so special. She was knowledgeable about the products, which was much appreciated, and spent more time with me than any other person had at any of the make-up counter I have ever been too. Made my morning and will definetly go back and ask for her. Thank you Angela, you are the best. Joyce Moore

Wowser! Stunned by the kindness and helpfulness of these associates. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way all of these people responded to each incoming customer, not just me. It was a pleasure to see employees smiling and engaging with the patrons. They didn't seem to be unhappy at work.

I had a great shopping experience which is rare nowadays,, it's usually hard to find staff that care about the customers/people shopping.. Ashley took time to help assist with some sweaters, trying to figure out sizes and coverage.. Employees like Ashley ar just hard to find!!!! Thank you so much Ashley for asking how we were doing,, it was nice getting help and not having to hunt so hard for staff! We really appreciate the excellent customer service!!!!

I did fall in parking lot related to holes o. asphalt. Did hurt myself and went in to fine incident report but to slow. Left so could get ice on my injuries.

I recently visited the Shawnee location to return a package to Amazon but upon leaving I noticed unbelievable sales throughout the entire store, I was greeted by very friendly staff that were helpful and friendly and eager to assist me, a sales associate by the name of Dorothy was so helpful I have compliment her on her performance Thank you Dorothy.

Great large selection of clearance items all an additional 30% off for a limited time. This is a big store, one of the best in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Very friendly sales associate and manager, he even let us have some extra hangers!

I have received fantastic service at this Kohl’s location a number of times and choose to visit this location rather than the other closest to my home because the service is that much better.

One of the best experiences shopping at a Kohls anywhere. I was having issues figuring out prices. The store manager apologized for the confusion and then honored the price. I am so happy and thankful for his help!

I love this store. Very clean and organized. I did do some shopping lately and had an awesome customer service experience. Angela happened to be the person that assisted me me with my purchase two times. She is very friendly, kind and helpful. She makes the customers feel welcomed and appreciated. I just had the best shopping experience at The kohls on 15500 Shawnee mission parkway. The entire staff from the manager, cashier, and associates were so amazing! I needed help finding good deals for my kids and a sales associate took me straight to several clearance racks. I was so relieved when I saw the prices of my items. When I got to the register, the cashier was so helpful and bonus I met the manager. I never would have know she was the manager because she helped bagged the clothes with cashier. She was so friendly and helpful. She told me when the clearance sale would be over so I could maximize my kohls cash. I feel so great 😃 knowing they care! I love 💕 kohl’s. It’s my favorite store for clothes and shoes for my entire family.

Shopped with my 11 year old grandaughter for her birthday. She loved it. Cashier coaxed into using my charge that I don't carry to save money.

I’ve shopped at Kohl’s in Southern CA, Grand Junction CO, and other areas. This store in Shawnee KS was the most organized and neat and had nice associates.

I can always find exactly what I am looking for at a great price!!!
