This is one of the BEST Pizza Huts in the area....the pizza is always consistently made correctly and is fresh and tasty! Plus the customer service is 5 star! Keep up the good work...we will be back for sure.

They SAVED me today. I had 80 kids to feed for a school event starting at noon. I made my order 5 days in advance with Dominos. 10:53am Dominos called to let me know they were cancelled my order for 22 pizzas. Cue the panic. I called around to a bunch of places to see who could make 22 pizzas in less than an hour. The person I spoke with didn't hem and haw, he understand immediately I needed to move quickly. He started the order right away, I drove there, picked up what they started and circled back to pick up the rest once they were ready. All the pizza was in front of the kids no later than 12:20pm and everyone ate their fill. Dominos is completely dead to me. I love that this location actually picked up their phone! All the Dominos in the area have just turned off their phones permanently (their solution to customer service issues), so it's nice to have a business where an adult picks up the phone and just solves problems instead of creating them.

So, ordered at this location by mistake. I meant to order at the location at Shawnee Mission Parkway, near Nieman Rd, however this location did not disappoint. They were smiling, courteous and were overall just having a good time. I initially wanted curbside but I had forgotten to order a drink. When I pulled up, there were no customers inside, so instead of having them come outside and me still needing a drink, I went in. It was just nice seeing individuals having a good time, at work or not.

Ordered my pizza, drinks and dipping sauces at 6:43, my order was at my door in 16 minutes, excellent! The driver even said he packed the box and my dipping sauces we're inside. Great delivery time, and very courteous delivery driver. Keep up the good work.

We drove up, got out of the car. Order was ready as ordered. 10 yr. old grandson wanted to pick it up, and he was treated well while I waited in the background.

I have always had great experiences with this location. They are always friendly, and the food is always hot and good.

The pizzas were exactly as ordered. They were ready at the time I requested and the young man brought them to my car when he saw me drive up without even having to notify him.

The place is relatively small. It has only a bench to sit at while they prep your food. No actual eating area. The service is good though. I walked in with an order and they had it in and started cooking immediately.

Was a little amazed that there is no longer Parmesan cheese packets. You have to buy a shaker for 99 cents.

I worked here in 2017 when Travis was the manager and he sucked. The manager is a different guy now so I'm like 110% sure it's better because nobody can be as bad as Travis. That is all.

Since last year they have had new management. And better customer service. The only problem I had was with the rude snobby ladies next store while waiting out side for my order.

I really don't understand why everyone is hating on this location. It's honestly my favorite Pizza Hut Location! If you always find a problem with your food, then maybe YOU are the problem.
