Tsukuda Fruit Stand

July visit - summer fruits and vegetables! Gorgeous little local farm stand selling all the freshest goodies you can get your hands on. Everyone at the stand today was so sweet and helpful. I walked away with a ton of stone fruits and summer veg for $28. Prices were very fair, I love how fresh everything is! All fruits are ready to be eaten in the next couple days, veg will last a bit longer. I will absolutely be back after my fiancé and I fight over the last peach.

This is such a nice orchard! They have fantastic persimmons here.
The granny works here is a very kind lady. I really enjoyed talking to her.

Unfortunately this business was sold and the trees will be cut down in about a year to make space for a new business plaza.

Owner was very friendly. Ready to answer all the questions. Cool place. Fruit quality was good. Probably you never tested such sweet fruits. If you stay around 95134, its good option for you. Seasonal veggies are available here. Not sure about the pricing. Didn't compared.

Most people prefer this for organic fruits and veggies. They have combo offers as well. Opposite to Cadence building. Entrance issued from Montague Express Way.

I pick Strawberry, Watermelon, Cantaloupe regularly from here. Opens at noon till 5 or 6 pm. I think closed on tuesday.

You get very fresh vegetables and fruits, I love strawberries, peach and plum.

During fall season you get plenty of persimmons .

I moved nearby and this place was a saver for me to get fresh vegetables and fruits. There’s no other shop at a walking distance to get veggies! We went on a Sunday afternoon and bought some fruits and vegetables.
The produce looked super fresh and the prices are decent, cheaper than safeway as well.
They take cash and venmo for payment.

Great farm and farm stand. Fresh fruits. It’s blessing to find them right here in San Jose the heart of Silicon Valley so I don’t have to travel to the outside of the city to get fresh fruits and vegetables from farm stands.

I come here from September to early December every year for more than 15 years now. I love the persimmons they have from the farm behind them. In the middle of high tech and residential buildings this is quite a sight. They used to open at 1:00 pm now open at 12 noon. I try to get there at noon to have the best choice.

Love the fruit here, always really sweet. Persimmons are the best!!! Stone fruit also really good from here, especially the plums and white peaches. Cherries too! Nicest family too, super nice and polite when bagging your produce.

I love this neighborhood farm. Fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the fields. I hate that it may not be there much longer. Everything is about money and building up everything.
This 125 year old farm should be protected. It should be a historical landmark. It could provide education, entertainment in agriculture, a working farm for the neighborhood to by great produce that is truly organic. I hope this farm will be saved somehow. A neighborhood farm. Maybe other communities would like a neighborhood farm

The best kept secret in town! Right off the freeway pick up some onions, peppers and a few kitty pats on the way home. Support your local farmers (and pet a cat) for that feel-good feeling. I'm lucky enough to live close by and can grab a few things without having to drive clear across town.

Always wonderful produce, great prices and friendly folks! Persimmons are abundant here right now. Great for eating just as you would an apple or slicing to include in salads.

You will get the best persimmons here. I have been to this place since 6 years. Don't miss them during Oct/Nov.

This fruit and veggie stand reopened on May 20, 2021. Very hygienic. Masks required and hand sanitizer/gloves provided. Great staff. Fresh produce.

A real farm in the middle of the city. Family business, very nice people. The produce is fresh from the garden, literally. You can even ask to pick something for you, on the spot.
