I was very happy with the service I received on an explanation of my past year of bills with four lines. The young man that helped me was intelligent and had good customer service. He was also quick and able to show me what I need to do next.

Shout out to the Marysville store...all of the employees are super nice and make you feel welcome! Their customer service is the best that we have had in a long time. We had the opportunity to have Michael as our salesman and he is an amazing person. He is very friendly and takes his time to help you with everything you need. He answers all your questions no matter how long it takes. We have our business account that can be very frustrating at times but not with Michael. He handles everything like a pro! He takes his time to insure his customers are satisfied and well taken care of. He lets you know what your options are instead of demanding what phone you should buy. I will drive the extra mile just to go to the Marysville store as we don’t live in Marysville. If you want excellent customer service this would be your store! Thanks for all you do!

Went to the Marysville Ks office. Went into something on my phone that I now know I will never do again. Had me so frustrated cuz I couldn't get out of it to save my soul. As soon as I walked in, was greeted with a man with a wonderful personality. Brian and Shae helped me resolve my problem in like five minutes. Thank goodness cuz I was ready to go crazy.
