We had Tamara as our representative! She was amazing! Turns out we saved turning our personal account into our business account for our shop! Anytime we need anything I know she can hook me up and help me get on my way! The best part about having service like this is knowing we have someone we can call on and count on when we need her!

Tamara is the best! She is friendly and always willing to help! If you need a new phone or help figuring out your billing, go to her.

Makayla, was very professional and answered all my questions even walked me through some things that I didn't quite understand and constantly updated me on changes that were going on and reassured me everything was going through how it should be. Customer service is a huge thing in this business and Makayla gave the best customer service experience I've had in the past year! Definitely make me proud to be a Verizon customer dealing with someone as skilled as Makayla! Definitely could see her running the place in the future! 10/10 recommend asking for Makayla at this store!

Every time I go into this store I am so impressed with the knowledge and the kindness of the employee. Today was no exception, the young lady was excellent! I upgraded phones and was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. So thankful to have this store in Pinckneyville.

We were locked out of the cell phone. Ryan was very helpful. He had to go through several steps, but accomplished the task in minimal time. He was very helpful and wonderful to work with.
