Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This place was super friendly, very fast, very clean, the food was really good. This is the way all Dairy Queen’s should be.

I ordered a lizard when I got to the bottom of the lizard it was only vanilla ice cream. I ordered it with extra stuff in it and there wasn't extra stuff in it. It was still good.

This is by far the best dairy queen I have ever been to. Hand down the best. All other dqs don't compare even a little bit

Had the 2 for $7.00 deal. They were delish. Wife had the chicken strips w/ fries. Got bonus coupon for a small blizzard. Ooooooh yeah we got one. Everything was good

Stopping point to deliver grandson back to his mother. Found out they have a secret menu item on Tuesday. Tacos...hard and/ or soft can be ordered. They were good.

Had a good meal in a clean store with friendly staff. Had ordered two Log Rolls ahead of time and picked them up. They looked great. Very good experience. Will be sure to come again!

Excellent visit! The der gentleman at the counter was very nice. Food was good and the banana split was awesome!

We stopped with a bus load of students on our way home from St. Louis. Service was excellent. The team worked quickly to get our food out. Good job Nashville DQ!

Just a routine trip to DQ.
Had the rotisserie salad, kids chicken tenders and a burger. No complaints!

We were staying the night in Nashville on the way to Ohio and went to the DQ for dinner. The gentleman who took our order was very polite and patient while everyone decided what they wanted. The food came out quickly and they brought it to our table like we were at restaurant with a wait staff. Customer service was top-notch!

Good food, fast service and small town atmosphere make it a good place to eat when you are in a hurry or just don't feel lile cooking.

We went inside to order and eat in the dining room, everything was clean. We ordered 2 kids meals and 3 full price combos, we waited no more than 10 minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Probably the only good fast food restaurant in town. The workers are always friendly and so nice. Food is always prepared well, overall pleasant experience in a small town.

Stopped in to treat our great grand son to my all time favorite desert - a DQ Ice Cream Cone. My three year old 'buddy' agreed with his great grand father - that was good! We also found the facility very clean, with a friendly staff, and observing COVID protocol. Will return again.

Most people at some point in there lives have been to Dairy Queen. But you probably haven't been to Nashville's. They have a great staff, friendly environment, delicious food, outside seating for those nice days. Or even on those rainy days when you don't want to get out of the house. Don't Worry Dairy Queen delivers. I've been eating here for years and many more to come.

The food is Dairy Queen food, which means that it's pretty darn good, but at Nashville Dairy Queen, what makes the experience a very good one, in my estimation, is the staff.
Typically, when a restaurant is mostly staffed by teens and young adults, one might expect apathy, unfriendliness or poor service, and that does not seem to be the case here.
This Dairy Queen does (what seems like) a pretty high volume of business for being located in such a small town. Despite this, the service remains speedy and friendly.
My guess at the reason for the good service is that the owners/manager, a brother and sister, seem to honestly lead their team from the front. In many restaurants, the owners and managers don't want to be involved, or they just stay in the back and work on the books, or worst of all, their involvement amounts to meddling and makes the job of the employees harder. That does not seem to be the case here, and I often see the pair of them working with and actively leading their employees.
I am a regular guest at this DQ, and with two young, ice cream junkie children, that probably won't change any time soon. The service experience at Nashville Dairy Queen makes the prospect of coming back over and over again a pleasant one.

Can't go wrong with a trip to DQ, but this location is definitely one of the friendliest, cleanest, and fastest ones I have been to. Located along the highway, great stop for anyone passing through Nashville!
