AT&T Store

Ron is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with. My dad and I walk in, with a semi-complicated request, we see Ron working with a couple and another person waiting. He informs us he will be with us as soon as he can. A father and son walk in behind us, and he informs them the same thing. Ron was the only person working in the store. He efficiently helped all four groups of us, and got us all out of there in no time. He was polite and knew his stuff!

I had excellent customer service. They listened to me and explained what had happened in detail.

We recently visited the AT&T store in West Lebanon, and were very fortunate to have Johnny help us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. He went to great lengths to be sure we made informed decisions and helped us upgrade one phone, add another line with new phone, and purchase an iPad Pro with magic keyboard. He helped us every step of the way, making sure we were completely set up and good to go. Knowing that one of the phones was for a our son, he made sure the phone was age appropriate and set up with parental controls and location monitoring. Johnny reviewed our plan and insurance to optimize it for our needs. If you plan to visit this AT&T store I highly recommend going when Johnny is available. I know we certainly will make a point to be a repeat customer of his!

I've had good experiences with several of the staff members at this store, but the manager, Jevon, is extremely helpful and provides excellent service. I can do much of what I need with AT&T's online apps but Jevon has helped me to resolve some issues that I couldn't deal with myself. He's very service-oriented and helpful, which makes for a great experience overall at the store.

On vacation and having a problem with charging my phone due to software update. Stopped by this AT&T store for help, Pete & Mike were terrific. Professional, friendly, and fun. Solved my problem quickly and got us back on the road. Highly recommended.

Nick was a big help when we went in to get two new phones set up along with switching to AT&T from another carrier. He gave us a bunch of options and found a really good deal on the whole package and got us in and out of there as quickly as he could. We had a very smooth experience and love the new service.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me figure out what I should do without being pushy at all. I wish I had got the name of the guy that I dealt with so I could give him credit. AT&T as a company, I'm not impressed with at all. You are way better off going here with your issue than trying to navigate their ridiculous website or robot phone system.

I've visited many cell stores, but I feel I honestly received the best service I've had from Scott L at this store in West Lebanon NH. Was very informative and helpful without being pushy to sell me stuff like many are. As a result I went in originally to pay my bill and a few questions and I ended up buying almost $100 worth of accessories. Thanks Scott for your friendly service.

Rachel and staff were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me the best deal of the day. I got a new Samsung Note10+ and I'm super excited about having great cell service in VT.

We spent an hour on phone support trying to active a hand-me-down phone when my bf's old phone died. The store staff was able to resolve the issue in <10 minutes. They really know what they're doing! We were really pleased with the staff at the West Leb location.

Nick was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and patient. I went into AT&T for my friend, not intending to invest in AT&T because I had my own phone, but Nick was not only a great salesperson, but used common sense and niceness to switch me over to AT&T.

My mom and I went in to get new phones and work on our cellular plan and got tremendous support the entire way through the whole process from Nick! He was so helpful and walked us through it all to help best our needs!

So going to AT&T last night to pay my cell phone and purchase a newer iPhone we had such excellent help he was easy to talk to efficient very clean and presentable if I could deal with him all the time it would be awesome besides his love for rice rocket motorcycles I would of stole him and adopted him as my son I lost my boy 5 yrs ago we rode Hatleys and we all had a great talk 💯💯💯💯
