Absolutely love this place! Pre workout drinks to Recovery drinks to Protein Drinks!! And way way more!! Very nice and great customer service & fast quick service!! I go here everyday before the gym and after. It’s so healthy and so convenient location wise to where I live in kenly NC. Highly recommend we are customers for life!!

I have been a member for a long time, and I love the friendliness of the owners. I have received alot of advice on how to eat right and lose weight. They always have amazing shakes, teas, smoothies, and now protein bowls. The atmosphere is great especially if you live music; it puts you in the right mood.

Owners are very nice. Shop is very clean. Got the Bahama mama smoothie, very delicious. Will be returning to try others.
