AT&T Store

I came in this location a few days ago & was greeted by friendly staff. Assisted by Destiny she was a great help. I was able to purchase the iPhone 15 & was given all instructions on what to do with my trade in. My overall experience was great!

As soon as I walked in, Laronja greeted and promptly assisted with my need to trade in my phone and get a new one. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout my whole experience and I would recommend her to anyone needing AT&T services. She also reviewed current offers and told me ways to save on my next bill. My visit to this shop was stress-free and a 10/10 experience.

The worker was really nice she really helped me out with I was looking for I just needed an upgrade from an iphone 11 to an iphone 15 pro thank you!

Went in knowing what I wanted… Denise quickly offered to help me. I told her I was on a time crunch and she was able to upgrade both my lines quick. I was in and out super fast

If I could rate this AT&T store higher, I definitely would. All the representatives in the store provided my husband and I with a warming and welcoming environment. Destiny assisted us with the process of purchasing a new phone today. She provided detailed information about the purchase in a timely manner. Destiny was highly knowledgeable about the entire process. She was efficient, friendly, and professional! We have been AT&T customers for over 13 years, and we have never been disappointed. We are highly satisfied with the service provided at this location. I highly recommend this store.

I went last week to change my phone, LARONJA assisted me with a very kind, respectful and very attentive person who was fast and had excellent service.😊

When in for a new phone. Customer service was great. Phone was not in store but the ATT associate ordered it for me and shipped in it to my house. Had the phone in two days. Will be coming back.

Isaiah was amazing! He helped us with so much and even after I changed my mind a million times, he laughed and was so nice about it. He even had to stay late because there was some difficulties with the system! 5/5 customer service from him!

Smithfield AT&T store is one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. The representatives at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to helping their customers and explaining the products they are selling at this location. The sales rep at the store are good at getting customers in and out the store in a timely manner. I highly recommend this store to all of my customers.

Roshaun is a great assistant manager. He came in on his day off to assist me and my husband. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also the Smithfield store is awesome

One thing I can say is destiny who works in this store was amazing! She was working alone and still managed to meet everyone of my needs and give excellent customer service the whole time! She fixed the issues with my phone in a timely manner & gave a very understanding fill !! Great service

It was very clean site and well organized. Easy to find the store. Was not crowded at all. Overall great service

Jarred is very knowledgeable, explained to me step by step how do accomplish the issues I had. He corrected each one. He has outstanding customer surveys skills.
Jared goes the extra mile and is so considered. Jared is definitely a asset to AT&T . I’ve been there before and the staff couldn’t even help me and rude. I will continue to come and pass on to family and friends to ask for Jarred. He knows more than managers that I dealt with. Kudos Jarred. Jarred always had a smile and made me feel as a valuable customer.
Hope he is recognized in some one. Definitely a keeper .

The AT&T Store in Smithfield was awesome. I always try to take care of all of my business myself online. However, when upgrading my iPhone, I wasn’t sure if all of my options and price points and so I went in to have someone help me face to face. LaRonja was so patient and knowledgeable. She put me at ease by going over all of my options, cost and new payment amount. Her professionalism was top notch and I’m so thankful that she was able to help me with this huge investment and necessity!

Roshaun is a great assistant manager and he went above and beyond for his customer. He’s very honest and polite. I recommend him to everyone and this Smithfield store

Smithfield AT&T store is a very good location. The assistant manager is very knowledgeable. Roshaun goes above and beyond for his customer. Also, the other sales reps are good as well. I highly recommend this Smithfield location to all our friends and family
