OMG. We found this place by chance on google maps, passing thru St. Albans. Best meat ever! We bought enough steaks and chicken and sausages for three bbq sessions of 8. And we loved every single bite. No kidding. Shopping there has been a blast. Go there and enjoy!!

The cob smoked ham that I bought from Bob's, is the most delicious I've ever tasted. It's flavor and quality is top shelf.

I love Robbie and have been going to Bob's Meat Market since I was a young child with my dad and Robbie's dad ran it. (RIP) I got lollipops! Lol

I’ve been to meat markets across the county. Bob’s is honestly one of my favorites!! Not only will you get some of the best meat the area has to offer (you WILL NOT find a better ribeye), but you’ll have great conversations too! Everyone always has a smile on their face! Can’t wait to go back again and again!

I went in today to get a couple of steaks for my new wife and I while honeymooning nearby, and it was a gorgeous meat case in the store. While waiting, I was chatting with Bob and some other customers, and upon hearing that we were on our honeymoon, rather than giving me steaks out of the case, he went into the cooler, and then hand cut 2 beautiful ribeyes for me right then. I cooked the steaks for dinner this evening, and they were by far the best steaks either of us had eaten in a long time! We will definitely be back any time we are in the area!

A very happy place! We walked in and were awe struck. Such a little place filled with so many great Vermont products. The meat counter had a 3 way conversation going on, laughing and joking as if these people knew each other. Turns out they did. Repeat customers are really family here. I was looking for ground pork, not seeing it in the case, I asked if they had any. Yes they did, and how much did I need. Then, let's call him the butcher, walked into a cooler. I was curious why. My ground pork could not have been fresher. He ground the pork!!! He ground the pork! In this day of prepackaged meats in the store cases, this really was welcome. Who would not want their meat ground freshly? The price was the same as in the big store! Oh and the Cabot cheese wheel begged to be tasted. Pound number 4 came home with us. If you buy anything at Bob's Meat Market, buy the cheese. The three kidding around at the meat case, all bought a pound. Yo I will too.

Fantastic local little store and Butcher Shop. This place is a staple in this neighborhood, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid growing up on Barlow Street and it was owned by the Christie family.

Bob's Meat Market was A-mazing. First of all, they cook their own roast beef. None of that processed stuff. My sister turned me onto this store. They have some delicious lunch specials. It's a bit of a journey for me, but it's going to be worth the trip

We vacation every summer on Fair Pond from the Finger Lakes Region. We always make it a point to have Bob’s Italian Sausage for dinner one night and always take some fresh Italian sausage home with us. The whole family love’s the mild and hot Italian sausage it’s the best . The steaks are amazing as well Thank you Bob

Great place for Awesome steaks and meats! Bob is the Nicest Guy!! We were traveling through and was told by Welcome Center he was the Best! She was so right!! Hope we get through here again someday!

Only place in town to get what you want for protein as well as a small selection of groceries. Also daily lunch specials and weekly specials on meat. The owner is also a great man who makes everyone feel appreciated and listened to. Stop in for a quick dinner pickup or to talk about life for an hour.

I love Bob's! You can get fresh meat as well as grocery staples. Bob and his staff are super friendly and you're likely to be greeted loudly if Bob is there, whether you're a first time customer or a regular.

Great meat selection and prices, but on maple steak tips are amazingly delicious. Pasta and potato salads are great sides.
