Starbucks

I placed a mobile order at approx 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. I arrived 4 minutes later and my drink was ready and waiting. They also had put in one of the green stoppers which I always appreciate. The space was clean and well laid out with plenty of seating and maneuverability.

This is on my way to work at Kincaid Realty. What's not to love. great staff and consistent quality across all Starbucks. (Not so much a strength of my old companion Dunkin.

I love my baristas and the great coffees they make. My favorites are a hot Venti White Chocolate Mocha and for cold, I love the Mocha blended. They're so good!

Everyone said good morning when I walked in and a team member immediately helped me find my mobile order. My drink, which has a bunch of modifications, was made perfectly! Loved my first experience here.

Have been coming here for a while. They’ve only had one mishap (giving me someone else’s drink in the drive thru) but fixed the mistake and apologized. I also had accidentally left my credit card here one day, they kept great care of it and kept it stored away in a lockbox with a password. I was able to pick it up safe and sound after a long day of work. Management is always friendly & eager to make you happy if you’re an understanding person 👍🏼💗

Great stuff and location, always good coffee. But..super uncomfortable chairs outside if you want to spend some time working, therefore 4*

Came for my birthday Stephanie and joey gave me the best drink I’ve ever had 10/10 will return.

My chai with steamed heavy cream is delicious and energizing.

hard to find but always have mobile drinks ready to to go. located next to spring in the shopping center next to wendys

Updated: The service at this location has always been good, but it’s recently been phenomenal. All of the employees are super nice and cheerful and everything is well made and fast. Things are also not out of stock frequently anymore. This location has done a fantastic job dealing with the current situation, kudos to all of the employees for taking everything in stride and still having such a great attitude. This is the only location I go to now! Hope everyone stays safe and well!

Great coffee, they always get my coffee right. Well trained staff. Bathrooms are kept clean. Always space to sit. They don't have a large selection of Starbucks k-cups. And Starbucks brand inventory. Other than that, they do have a nice outside seating very useful for summer n spring. Great neighborhood coffee place!

Outstanding customer service from everyone but Joel stood out especially. I ordered incorrectly and he was happy to fix it and explain how to order it properly next time. What a nice guy!

We all know what we're coming for when we go to Starbucks. The baristas who've chosen the non busy work hours actually performed the best here. Definitely had a salted caramel during rush hour and it was by far much worse then outside those times. All staff are friendly and the environment is almost always clean, but the skills are in the hands of a few. Visit outside rush hour and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Food and beverage always awesome! Not sure if this is all Starbucks now, but repeating back the entire order after each item you add then asking if there is anything else makes ordering take a while at the drive thru window. It's probably the script they are teaching them, but could be more efficient.

Omg I love this Starbucks! All of the staff are so nice and friendly!! Chris and Jason are incredible!! They know my name, and exactly what I want and make it perfectly! I live in hollysprings and I choose to go there for my Starbucks fix!!!

They've always been polite and have never gotten my order wrong. Any time I've waited over a few minutes, they've given me my drink on the house. These guys are the epitome of customer service.

Been a regular at this location for over a year. Great staff who are friendly. Have taken the time to get to know me. Friendly service. No issues with my orders here.

Another good Starbucks to stop by and have a quick bite or some coffee. Staff in general is friendly. Not a big place so you may need to wait a little to seat depending on what time you stop by.

A great place to have a cup of coffee. Very spacious cafe to get some surfing done while sipping
