Justin's company has been doing work at my mother's house, sheetrock, new windows, hardwood floors, and starting siding next week. they took a crooked old house built in the late 1800's and got the floors, 2,000 sq ft, level from the front door to the back door as promised. the sheet rock and everything else looks good. I plan to use him for future projects. He did have trouble getting help at first but has a core group of hard working men. It's nice to do work with a good Christian man

Had a lifetime warranty floor installed and couldn't of been happier until my dog messed up a section! Well Queen City not only got it covered for me but replaced the section at no charge because I was still in my labor warranty. Since then I had them do a kitchen remodel "Happy wife happy life" and they crushed it. Thanks Justin and the crew for being out go to. Only complaint is I didn't find them sooner.

After getting several quotes to have the flooring redone in my kitchen due to water damage Justin came in below other flooring companies in the area. After going to his showroom I was a blown away with the quality an installation once the job was completed. I plan on using Queen City Renovations and flooring for future Home Improvement projects.

Do NOT GIVE Justin 1 red cent until the job is complete. Almost 6 months ago, I gave Justin 7,500 to do some work on a flip house I purchased. 2.5 months later, he asks me for 3,000 more, I explained to him that since hardly any work was done, that I wasn’t comfortable doing that. A couple months later, he again asks me this time for another 3,500, I didn’t really have that much to give him, he explained he was waiting for a 36,000 payment and he needed the money. I felt sorry for him so I sent him another 1,000. Even though not much more work had been done. I am out of state, so checking on work is a struggle, but I trusted him. Here we are to today, NOT 1 thing on the contract has been completed. But none of this is his fault. He has given me weekly excuses as to why nothings done. I’ve included some of the texts between us , to confirm I am being truthful. I don’t want anyone else to be fooled and give this man their money. Buyer Beware! The BBB is next on my list. This is just not right. I go onto his facebook page today and I see he’s looking for new jobs! I’m like, hey! I’m over here, what about my house! Hello! It’s crazy that he would be posting about how he can make your dreams come true with a renovation as I sit over here living a nightmare trying to get this man to finish my house. What’s wrong with this picture folks?
