Respect to kami for doing a good job on an audit where a guy tried to poke and poke and didn't get his way. Dude only showed she respected his rights, while his supposed interaction was to see if they respected rights to film in public. When he saw she was respecting 1st amendment he tried to make it go south.

I liked to thank the post master and the employees that work at Grifton, nc and the employee from Fayetteville, nc post office for handling and care of my live birds the employees go above and beyond to make sure my birds are delivered safely...Thank you to all Grifton employees and Fayetteville mail delivery man you guys are the best ! I've always received good customer service at the post office in Grifton. I live just outside the city-limits of Grifton, so my mail is delivered by carrier each day. Our mail carrier has gone beyond expectations - especially during the holidays. She seems to be delivering a lot of Amazon packages added to the regular mail delivery. If mail wasn't delivered during my "regular" time, the carrier might bring it to my porch at 6:30 p.m. Now that's good service. I see a great deal of improvement in the appearance of the facility since Kami Foss has been called back as the supervisor in charge. She loves our community and knows so many folks in town. Under her leadership, I think the post office would improve even more. Wishing she would become our postmaster.

Clerk was very helpful, offering ideas about the methods of sending what it is you are sending, to get it there quickly (or economically).

Friendly Professional service. Down home atmosphere. Employees are always courteous and provide helpful quality assistance.

Nice people & helpful when selecting certain Stamps for Black Heritage.

Don’t expect them to pick up a package even when you pay for the label and schedule a pick up. My pick up was ignored and I was forced to carry a large 31lb box into the store to ship. Everyone here just seems lazy.

Constantly missing packages! They either deliver them to the wrong address which I know because I have to bring a neighbor their package at least once a month or the package gets marked delivered and no one has any idea where it is. I would not be surprised if the workers are holding on to select items. When you call to inquire the woman that answers is dismissive and rude. I honestly do not get why. You get paid to do your job, you should actually do it. It’s not a favor to look in to something for a customer, the customers are the reason you have a job and you should treat them as such! I am never rude when I call and I try my best to be patient as I understand they deal with a lot of people but there are plenty of other post offices in much busier, higher populated areas that can maintain their professionalism and consistency in service. Please be kinder to your clients!

Irate Kami Foss needs to check her ego! How she acted towards a citizen on a youtube video I saw was absolutely unacceptable! YOU ARE A PUBLIC SERVANT MAM! Act accordingly. She doesn't understand shes part of a federal system. Its too bad Grifton is being represented by her worldwide! Im sure the majority of the citizens there are great, just like the rest of NC which I love! But Kami Foss doesn't make "HER OFFICE" look very good with how she treated a member of the public investigating allegations of poor service and dereliction of duty.

For the 3rd time my package are being left in my driveway. I have called after 2nd occurrence and told by the supervisor that mail carriers are not allowed to leave packages so close to the road or driveway (my driveway is not off the road, it is only large enough to hold 2 vehicles) it has again happened a 3rd time with 3 boxes that are heavy. Pure laziness!! I ordered my items due to not being able to physically carry them myself, so I have to have items delivered to my door. Not my driveway to be stolen or left out there until I can get help with bringing them inside!!

We haven't gotten any mail deliverd in my neighborhood for 2days straight now. It's as if they holdin people mail and packages. I've ordered things and it takes them days to deliver. My packages should not be saying out for delivery 3days in a row. They need better service. Better mail carriers too.

The Official in charge kami is disrespectful and condicending to the public. Does not take criticism well , especially when it pertains to how packages are delivered. She likes to think it's "Her" post office and she can run it any way she wants. Very Confrontational. Poor leadership. This office needs to be inspected by the postal authorities and put in check.

Whoever the lady was that was manning the counter this afternoon (Friday) was either in a foul mood or just has a terrible overall disposition. She literally chastised me about the packaging I was using and then wasn’t at all helpful when I was trying to repackage the item. All I wanted to do was use your scissors and a piece of tape, lady.
As of August 2022: she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed on Mondays, too.

Went in to see if a package had arrived and the black lady behind the counter was extremely rude and wouldnt even look for my package although the tracking had it at this location. She kept repeating herself in a rude tone that "they dont hold on to packages" which doesnt make any sense if its the post office. All she had to say is that my package haddent arrived yet and be nice but apparently that was too hard for her to do. Terrible customer service at this location. You would think working a government job with benefits in a small slow town where you probably dont see that many people was enough to motivate you to be nice and courteous to the ones you do see but you can never expect people to have actual pride in doing thier job these days.
