The coffee was out quickly and made correctly! The employees working were very helpful in identifying products, tho I do wish for more comfortable accommodations and places to sit like the Barker Cypress location
Overall looking forward to more visits soon.

Kids and I have been here a handful of times since the grand opening and each time we've received great service. Everyone we've encountered was friendly. Dine-in is quick compared to most places these days that prioritize mobile orders. Food has been delicious every time, and we haven't received an incorrect order so far. Floors & tables were clean too!

Edit on 2/3: I think service would be 100% better if the people working weren't high AF while taking orders lol

I placed my app order from only about 3 minutes away. When I arrived they quickly told me they were out of one of my items - and promptly offered some substitutions. I picked one and it was made and out quickly. I’m very excited to have this location so convenient!

Big shout out 2 Nayeli ( cashier ) and Ryan the wonderful guy would made coffee. My order is a Medium ice coffee,oatmilk,shot of espresso, pumpkin/ Carmel syrup with cold foam. ( Perfection )

We have been here a few times. Grand opening day was insanely busy - as expected. I felt bad for the staff but could see how hard they were trying. Every time we have returned the staff has been friendly - our order has been incorrect here and there but they always fix it. It a very busy location and opened within the last month that deserves some grace.

Jane was super friendly and helpful! 10/10 will go again. If you need any help request for her.

Donuts' freshness doesn't match the price. Boston Cream doesn't have much Cream.

I been going every single day since they opened and everything has been well every single time ! Today around 11:50 a Hispanic lady taking orders was very rude and took our order wrong(she forgot to add the creamer ) she said" ima give it to you in the side it's the same thing " I looked at her surprised and she walked away and fixed the drinks handed them to someone and said hand the to the people in the windows with a furious look in her eyes . I think she forgot she works in customer service 🤦🏻 you need someone friendlier like the guy in the window he did great !

On grand opening day my family and I was told they open at 5am. I go this morning before work just for them to say they don't open until 6am
