Beard Bros BBQ

The food was all delicious!! Cornbread was amazing!! Love the Hot Honey sauce. The ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken were great. We will be eating here again.

Beard Brothers BBQ (BBBBQ?) is a true gem hidden in quaint little Amherst. They are a counter service BBQ joint that are co-located with an amazing boutique pub called The Local Goat company. The food is crafted with an obvious passion that shines through at all levels. The food is fresh and made to order. You don't need to fret and wonder if your BBQ has been languishing away in a steam pan, it comes out fresh and full of flavor. Such quality does take time, you can expect a 30+ minutes wait during busy times. It's worth it. Grab a craft cocktail or local beer at the bar and sit watch the Tomorrow River flow on by. The prices are in line or slightly below what you would expect to pay for quality BBQ, I certainly found it to be a good value. Just like the Terminator, I'll be back!

This was so worth the drive to Beard Bros BBQ! Glad we went with the sampler! So good! Thank you for the (complimentary) Oreo cheesecake to help us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! Dolly, I wanted to lick the plate!!!! Absolutely delicious! We'll certainly be back!!!

Hands down the best BBQ we have ever had! What an amazing experience from Chad one of the beard bros to Dana the bartender. First class all the way. What a hidden gem! Hopefully you guys open a location in Wausau!!! You would kill it! These guys are the real deal!

I have been to Beard Bros BBQ twice now. Both times have been wonderful, great attentive service. Wonderful food. Food comes out quickly and hot- great flavor. The bar has a large variety of wines, beers, NA options. Highly recommend!

Our group all really enjoyed the food and thought the owners were very kind and polite. There are not many places nearby that serve BBQ, so it is nice to be able to get big taste close to home. Will definitely be back. Also, they do accept cards.

A wonder of Northern Wisconsin. Food and sauces are all made by the brothers as well as smoked by them. If you are even within a trip from a tank full, go there. Superb melt in your mouth Brisket and Corn bread and some of the best poutine since Canada.

Came here on a whim but I'm glad I did. Ordered a half rack of ribs, cheese curds, and smoked cheese smothered potatoes. The ribs were some of the best I've had, falling off the bone and broiled with a hit of my sauce of choice until caramelized.

Cheese curds were great too, and even more amazing dubbed in the white and mustard sauces.

The potatoes were good, but a bit greasy from the cheese they loaded on top. I cannot fault them for that though, because the potatoes were true to the description on the menu. I'm glad I tried them, but I probably wouldn't order them again.

Food is ordered at the counter and delivered to your table. Staff come around to check on how things are going but it's not a full waitress/waiter experience if that's what you're after.

Overall incredibly happy with the experience, and if I come back through will likely order here again

Walked into a group of truly sincere people. Food was beyond expectations for our first time here. Very delicious BBQ. We are definitely coming back.

We had such a great time at the annual bash! Had the best ribs we've had in WI, the sides were really good too, loved the it sauces. Service was prompt, everyone was really friendly and you can't beat eating outside with such a lovely view!

The food is amazing! The ribs were juicy and fall off the bone. The BBB - bacon, brisket & burger had great flavor and the pork rind nachos (we didn't eat) looked amazing and was a hug portion! A great spot to check out and all the beer and liquor are local.

By far the best BBQ we've found in the area, absolutely exceptional barbecue. We had the poutine, smoked sausage sandwich and armadillo eggs and were blown away by how delicious everything was. Come check it out, you won't be disappointed. We will be back for sure!!

Our first time there. The food was very good, but the ribs were so good they should be illegal!
They have a different kind of setup there that works well.
We can't wait to go back.

Had amazing food here last nite! We arrived around 7pm. They were out of the bbq brisket and ribs, but we had really enjoyed the flavor of the pulled pork sandwich and mac and cheese. Our friend we dined with, had been an executive chef in Point for many years and he loved the pulled pork nachos he ordered. It left us wanting to for sure come back and try the ribs and BBQ brisket. We will have to arriver earlier next time. We also loved the atmosphere and the Local Goat Company, which runs the bar. Great selection of beer and our whiskey old fashions were great. The bartenders were friendly and Welcoming!! Thank you!!

I will definitely be going back. Also blueberry bbq is the best bbq I have ever had!

Veterans Day was a day for me to remember!
Stopped in was greeted promptly and seated. The waiting staff asked me if I was a veteran and told me my meal was free. She gave me a menu and said certain items were for vets. I chose the pulled pork and fries. When my meal was ready the wait staff delivered it with one of the kitchen staff ( owners) my hand was shaken and an Awesome heart felt thank you for my service!
I have already past the name of this establishment on to others and will be returning to support these wonderful people in the future.

We had the pulled pork nachos. I cant wait to go back and try more off the menu. We talked to the 2 brothers with beards. Good people, great food and atmosphere.

I don't normally go for BBQ, but my husband loves smoked meat and he dragged me here. Despite my reservations I loved their food and will recommend them and will be back again!
