McDonald's

It amuses me how people come on to Google to review this location, and proceeds to complain about basic fundamental safety issues like not allowing someone to walk through a drive-thru or bare a trailer through a very thin drive-thru (especially with signs posted). If it's such a pain going up to employees and asking them politely to adjust misprepped food, or going inside because you have a trailer, or because you drive a semi-truck, or the lobby happens to be closed, either don't come here at all or tough-luck and try Carl's Jr. down the road instead of complaining about these circumstances that arent in control of the employees. These employees are clearly hardworking and constantly understaffed, and I appreciate them every time I come here. And even though McDonalds food isn't the best of quality, that's because it's McDonalds, not specifically this one place. Thank you Stateline. :)

Good food and service right off the highway into Spokane or Cda. Friendly and attentive drive thru making sure your order is correct.

..we stopped there last night .ordered our food a head and waited in the designated spot for them to bring it to us and the person that was in the drive thru when we got there still there waiting we waited a half hour still nothing the people in. The drive thru was finally leaving .still no food we waited 45 mins nothing we went in and ask them about it the girl she didn't know and ask (did you place and order) really after an hour of. Waiting that was bull finally the manager gave us and about. 4 other people there money back never again will we stop there

Well today was very busy it looked like for them the young lady named faith who took my order was very polite and helpful especially since I couldn’t remember the name of the item I wanted. 10 out of 10 customer service the food was hot and yummy as always :)

Hey great fast service- was 7:40a.m. and who can beat them yummy sausage -egg & cheese McGriddles! 😁generally only stop at breakfast times for this beast sand.

Clean resturant friendly staff very professional and the breakfast food was exceptional and they're very fast they're through their drive-thru faster than through the walk up which is a little unusual for McDonald's but I think you would enjoy this McDonald's very much

Better place to eat the airway heights very clean and every one gets what you want to eat like a milkshake after 11: 00 pm even has a spot for a big rig

Compared to other McDonald's this one's a five star, staff knows what they're doing, food is always fresh, it's always clean, and they even have a paper towel dispenser in the bathroom. No playset here and not very modern compared to other McDonald's though. Never crowded. If I were rating McDonald's in a whole I would give it a 3 star, but this franchise is better than most.

Gabitha the wise assembled my sandwich today and it was delectable. I initially doubted her abilities but now recognize her as the sandwich wizard she truly is.

Cashier Bryan was very professional in his people skills and was kind to bring my food to me at the table where I was sitting without me asking. My crispy chicken was cook perfect and fries were delicious. As a trucker this McDonald's was next door to Flying J and walking here was very convenient for me.

Nice clean fast food, good breakfast

The night manager was a young guy in his 20s very nice and very professional. My order was incorrect and he fixed it and even gave an extra fry for the trouble 👍

Great meal! Met a Senior Lady. Invited her to Join us. She was from Virgina, on her way to met her family, They live in WA. We prayed Huged & on our way. I am 76 yr she is young enough to me daughter. My son was with me she is 56.

Great food! Ever since they had done some renovations, I think it’s so much better! I don’t agree with other people’s bad reviews. Also very safe during COVID 19 risks. Very low risks of getting the disease.

I would normally not rate McDonald's at a five-star but the help was amazing. The orders were always correct, the food was warm, the people were happy and it was truly a wonderful experience.

Car full of Southern Missourians been wondering when we’d see smiles for miles. This was it. Didn’t order food, so can’t attest to its value. Drove through for a tea. The $1.06 was worth the smiles. So refreshing.

Great customer service and our food got to us within 2 minutes. They also are the first McDonalds to finally not leave me disappointed when I order a filet o fish without a bun. Thank you!
