Sunrise Family Restaurant

I just had lunch at the sunrise Café, I have to say I've eaten here a lot over the last three years and I have truly never had a bad meal. Their food is what you would expect from a hometown diner, very yummy. My favorite is the cheeseburger and tater tots. Today I had a waitress that has been here nine years but she's never waited on me until today. What a great experience it was. Her name is Kathy she is what I consider a professional server. Very much old-school if you will. She doesn't miss a beat. She's extremely friendly, takes care of all of your needs, without bothering you. it was just an absolute pleasure to have her take care of me. my dining experience amazing.

Great food, fast and friendly service combined with reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend the breakfast scrambles and marionberry jam.

Took some friends from out of town out to eat at our spot, the Sunrise Cafe! The food was great and our server, Hannah, was spectacular. Even though the place was packed Hannah took great care of us. Next time we go to the Sunrise we will without a doubt request to be seated in her section. What a ray of sunshine on that rainy afternoon. So impressed.

I'm an old timer. I used to travel a lot in California or Oregon and Washington as a mechanic on the road repair I like to stop into the restaurants and have a chef salad which is my favorite salad nowadays the salads or some fancy name that I'm not even sure what's in it. I'll go back to customers all look happy the place was full and the service was great I'll go back.

Went for an early supper right before the chef working was about to get off for his shift. Yet, somehow he put all of his love and effort into my Cali Bene. I was in absolute euphoria. My hubby and I went on May 11th around 4:00/5:00 pm. It was the most wonderful mothers day dinner I could have ever hoped for.

Sunrise has gotten better since Keith returned. The shrimp and fish are both very good. Today, tried the California Scramble and it was delicious! Gina took great care of us, as always.

I love the Sunrise. Best breakfast in town. Wait staff is always very pleasant. The taco salad is amazing. Definitely give this place a try.

Unpretentious dining at its best. Parking lot was full, that was our first good sign. Everyone is greeted with "Morning!" and a friendly smile. You seat yourself. I ordered biscuits with gravy, sausage, hashbrowns, and egg beaters. Biscuits were large and fluffy. Gravy was seasoned well and lump free. We both enjoyed our breakfast and will be back.

Appreciate the awesome Customer Service! Have had many different Breakfast items, which are very good. Recently had the Fish Fillet Dinner, which I liked very much. Besides the yummy Breakfasts I will especially return for the Fish Dinner over Cracker Barrel from now on...

Usually go to the Middleton location but lately have been disappointed so decided to try this one out. Far better quality! And fair prices. An older customer even stopped by our table to ask us how we were doing and told us a joke, "Why is the frog the most delicate animal? Because when you pet him he croaks!"

I had a chicken fried steak that was huge. And they have a best cinnamon rolls. And are waitress was the best. I highly recommend this place.

My first visit to this establishment and it was a pleasant experience. Waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. Food arrived hot and was tasty. Waitress told us to stay as long we wanted, so I asked for a cot and a pillow. She said that she would see what she could do. Overall, the facility was clean as well as the restroom. Competitive prices for similar services.

So my husband, daughter and I went in to eat for the first time and the food was super yummy and our waitress Hannah was hands down the best waitress I've EVER had. She was so warm and welcoming and it was all around a great experience. Will definitely come back, if not for the delicious food, then to see Hannah's smiling face again.

I meet here with a group of friends from my church every other week. It's always very evident to me that the management is very involved in the operation of this local diner. They're always busy and humming but everything proceeds smoothly and efficiently. The wait staff is first rate, they handle the stress of their responsibilities with grace and competence. Our regular waitress is Gina and she treats us like family. She does her job with excellence and she can take a joke and dish one right back at you. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable also. I'm a pretty tough critic when it comes to restaurants but the folks at Sunrise know what they're doing and I'm never disappointed. 5 stars

This place serves its community 🥰. Amy our server is known by name by her customers. It’s beautiful to watch her greet, chat and serve her customers. Truly beautiful to watch people light up when she greets them. And the food was Great and you coffee cup stays full. Thanks Amy for being the light in the world 🌎!!!
