Mouth watering and superbly fresh. The pizza definitely has a local homemade feel. I can surely see why this place gets the business. Great place to come for that New York pizza flavor! Such great portions too.

Always happy eating here. Great portions. Good ingredients. Pizza reminds me of NYC. I come to work in Carthage a few days a month. This is the only place that makes me feel like I’m eating a home cooked meal. All what you see in the picture was 20 bucks 😎. Leftovers for a whole meal and a to go drink to boot. Thank you Emma

Back in the day my family were customers at the original Stefano's. I remember Carthage before Stefano's was even around circa 1984. During a recent trip it was great to see the restaurant still open, it was quite the surprise. Stefano and his family were always the best, and the food was great then as it is now. I am looking forward to visiting again soon, hopefully I'll be able to get some of those pepperoni rolls.

Great family story! We had sicilian pepperoni with jalapeno peppers and it was huge... 16 pieces. Pizza and garlic bread were fantastic, service was fast and friendly.

23 AUG update to 5 stars.

Went in last night and tried the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti marinara some appetizers, and everyone elses dishes at the table. This place really does incredible Italian American food. Huge portions and just delicious. The staff here were so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great.

Authentic pizza. I don't mess around with pizza, so sauce, dough, cheese, bake, and proportions all matter equally to me.

It's thicker than I like personally. Personally, I like those NY pizzerias like Grimaldi's with that thinner, crispier dough. But with quality ingredients and a good bake, I won't complain. Will return if I don't find anything better in the area and will recommend either way.

It's a good pizza, check them out.

Tonight(4/10/2023) My family had dinner here and the food was great but the service was outstanding! We had 10 in our party and 4 were under the age of 12. Everyone left full and happy. The waitress was busy tonight but boy she didnt miss a thing ....I did however I forgot to ask her name. I was just blown away at how wonderful she was dealing with such a large group and other tables on top of ours.
But back to the food. All sorts of food was ordered from pizza..wings.. And chicken tenders to the hadock dinner the veal and chicken parm too! All served hot..and delicious.
Truly I hope anyone who goes in here to eat has a great experience just like myself and my family did tonight.

Pizza is fantastic, family friendly feel! They even made pizza for the girl scouts who were selling cookies in the cold! The carthage one has great atmosphere and I love the food! Great Job!

Last night we had a small wedding reception for our Daughter and new son in-law. The food was amazing !! The staff was absolutely wonderful and there event room was perfect !! Our waitress was terrific she was attentive to our needs and had a great since of humor. Highly recommend this place !! And thank you for making the evening so special . Sincerely the Tuttles

It was my first time eating there and I must say that the pizzas were fantastic without a doubt.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. We had the half-sub (cold), fries and a soda for $9.85. What a deal! The sub was delicious and the fries were the coated kind (not a fan) but they were piping hot and tasted good. Can’t beat the price though so I gave it 5 stars.

Their pizza is great. I love that you can get slices. Easy in and easy out if you are on the go.

Amazing good, amazing staff!!

Years ago when I was stationed at fort drum, my wife and I lived in one of the apartments above the restaurant, and we used to treat ourselves to their pizza at least twice a month. Hailing from the desert Southwest, I fell in love with New York style pizza because of this place.

This place has a really great atmosphere, and the pizza I had was absolutely phenomenal. I would undoubtedly go back if given the chance, and I recommend anyone stop by and eat here if they are passing through. The desserts here are really delicious too; overall I had an excellent experience here!

The food is top notch and the Tiramisu is incredible. I wish they would just let me but a whole cake! We travel about 50 mins round trip just to do take out it is so good. Garlic knots are THE best ever and seriously you can tell the tiramisu is real, not frozen out of a box.
Please start selling the whole cakes!!
