Today I give it 5 ⭐'s. The coffee is a no brainer. I love Dunkin coffee and it's all I make at home. Today, I got the avocado toast and it was amazing. I left off the bacon pieces because of the extra calories and fat but it was sprinkled with 'everything bagel' seasoning over the spread of avocado. It was so delicious 🤤. I also used the restroom today and it was the cleanest I've seen it. (Well, except the mirror) People don't know how to clean mirrors. I can live with that though. We (4 of us) sat inside and enjoyed our coffee and food and it was very pleasant.

Employees here are friendly and kind.
Today they were out of vanilla. She apologized and gave me her test batch of hash browns as comp.
This is walk-in only on a busy, Village Square, but worth the parking challenge.

I want to give a special thanks to Niya she has the greatest hospitality I’ve ever seen she was friendly amazing with the kids and she got us out and fast asap she is an extremely hard worker and dedicated to her job she deserves to recognition

My 1st ever Dunkin experience. We both had the chicken, bacon Cristiano ( ya, I know its not spelled right...but even spellchecker can't do it and wife is taking a nap) they have a bunch of menu food items, big surprise, coffee is excellent.

I haven't been to Dunkin in a while, I grew so tired of the constant change in how a drink was made, never made the same way twice. Anyway, this time the drinks we got were amazing, perfectly made to what I expected. The young lady at the window, was so sweet and just well, friendly and welcoming. It was a nice change, I will be going back.

I love this location. Even though the drive thru is tiny and a hassle to get through, the staff is awesome. Very pleasant people and the product is good!

Stopped at Dunkin for coffee with a friend who is a true Dunkin fan. Pleasant service, coffee was fresh & hot & fixed just the way we wished! Good stuff!

The only dunkin in the area that will get your order RIGHT! They are very busy but handle the traffic well and will get you in and out.

Chasen at the front counter has such a pleasant attitude and remembers his customers which is awesome! He makes this location a pleasant visit in the mornings before work!

Courtney there is a sweetheart. The gentleman in front of us was very rude but she handled it well and was kind. Our coffees were also delicious and chocolatey so props to whoever made them.

On Wednesday, February 9th I came to Dunkin’ around the time 6:15pm yesterday and let me just say great customer service the two workers there were fast! And pleasant those girls made the best coffee. The respect I was shown, They got through the line quickly and put a great effort with the biggest smiles on their faces usually when I come in the lines are long in the morning, but I am definitely satisfied with the way they handle the line yesterday will be coming back thank you Dunkin’ :) I couldn’t get there names but I Definitely will be back ! I traveled all the way from d land Florida

I was completely blown away with my experience! This guy there with short hair and pins on his hat, had me shocked about how fun Dunkin’ Donuts can be! He joked respectfully, and he made my coffee really good! Like my experience was so amazing definitely am coming back soon!

ATTENTION This location opens up at 5 AM I've noticed people coming at 4 AM to the drive-through because that is the info listed on Google but it needs to be changed

The first time I went I had issues with some of the products.Management was notified and Heather who was wonderful made sure I got a very fresh replacement order. Her willingness to correct the situation and please her customers is refreshing and greatly appreciated I will definitely be returning to this Dunkin' .

Definitely going back! The tall man with things on his hat had me blown away! The coffee was amazing, the donuts could’ve been better, got a Boston Cream and it wasn’t completely filled but the experience they provided me with was unlike any other! Definitely coming back!!!

I'm there every Friday. They are the best❤

You've lost a faithful customer! Every Friday I'm there to buy two dozen assorted donuts. Until today😔 Until you took over, this location valued their customers. I wondered why the line was so short today, then I found out there's a new manager in town. I buy two dozen to share with OUR customers every Friday. Why, customer satisfaction. Because I value our customers. I can only imagine how you must treat your employees!! I'll go to Marion Oaks from now on. Shame on you for coming to a small town trying to be a "big boss".
