I've been going in almost every day for my black ice coffee and they always treat me great. Cool people working hard 😎

Great food, the store is in good condition, the service is great! The cashier guy, Justin, is really good at his job and should get a raise!

Unlike a lot of other stores they haven't given me a wrong order yet

The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were pretty good. The snack bacon was excellent too but could definitely use less pepper. Great place to stop for food and coffee. Thanks.

This DND is usually pretty good considering some DND are dirty and don't have what you're looking for etc 95% of the time they make a good cup of Joe and have what you're looking for

Dunkin Donuts in Winthrop Excellent customer service.I only had one issue with a breakfast sandwich. but they took care of it. And every time after that they rock it. They're friendly atmosphere and care about their customers.

I absolutely love this dunking. When I moved to Winthrop this is the place I went every single day.. sometimes twice a day. They made sure they got my coffee right. It's so important for me to get a good cup of coffee when I wake up. I love the boss there ((can't remember her name) and I love Ricardo!! If you go to Dunkin in Winthrop say hi to Ricardo

You know how chain coffee shops can be, you find that one that makes the coffees perfect every time. This Dunkin' is the one. Staff always nice, sweet, laughing, and smiling! I visit so much that the number of times I've had to correct an order is less than the amount of fingers on one hand. I love all of them that work there! Pre-pandemic it was always fun going in and chatting while they swiftly worked.

I go to this Dunkin regularly. The drive thru is always moving pretty quick, the staff is always courteous, and the food and drinks are usually perfect. I suggest the DD app so you can order ahead of getting there.

I'm just doing this so that the employee gets a good review, this sweet lady Desiree (Dez) was so freaking nice to me and my family, she gave us time and didn't rush us, because me and my sisters were all doing separate transactions, when my little sister went to pay for her drink, she had a five dollar gift card, but her drink added up to like $4.45. And my sister was sad she didn't have enough for a classic donut, but when my little sister went to pay for the drink Dez said "what donut did you want" and my sister was so fragile saying "I thought I didn't have enough" Dez then said "its ok" and that made my little sister sooo happy, on top of that she forgot to put whiped cream on my older sisters drink, but when my sister asked for the whiped cream Dez did not hesitate to put lots of whiped cream and add drizzle, we were in shock about how nice she was and we thought she was so sweet thats all.

Great attitude and amazing service! I think people fail to see that YOU order the coffee how you like it and they just follow what you tell them to make! Not the fault of workers if your coffee comes out wrong…

They are always great for me. If you have a bunch of orders go inside they are timed through the drive thru.

I go almost daily and get the most excellent customer service! All of the employees are kind and friendly. Today is a hard day for them because ovens are down. Remember to always be kind!!!

This Dunkin knows how to make a coffee, along with her morning crew Danielle sure knows how to make everyone laugh, great coffee maker, and is excellent with customers! Every dunkin needs to be like this!

They always get my lrg, French vanilla iced coffee right the first time around.
