McDonald's

On our way to Wisconsin we decided to stop for a bite to eat for breakfast. Upon entering the restaurant, it was quiet and appeared clean and so were the restrooms although there were a few ants throughout. We placed our order at the kiosk which was pretty easy and also paid at the kiosk too. It took about 4 minutes to get our order and everything was correct except they forgot the plasticware and syrup. The food was hot and fresh which was also nice.

Quick and simple. Just like any other McDonald's. Service was friendly and food was hot.

The dark hair lady at the window. Was so sweet. She asked about my dog because of the wire rack divider. I had rehome him. The dog belonged to my husband, who had passed 6 months earlier. She put a treat in my bag. She made me feel important that Day!

Go without hesitation. I really think you're gonna like it.

Stopped in to grab some lunch with the family on our way thru to black River falls. The manager Pablo and the front order taker Dennis were awesome. They were friendly kind funny and quick. Really impressed

Your staff is awesome, the best guy there hand down his name is Ayden very helpful very nice great customer service I will be coming back here again and if the boss reads this he definitely needs raise thank you guys so much

Barb at the drive thru is phenomenal she has the best customer service I've ever had.Shes always happy to serve her customers.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for over 20 years and for the last 6 months I have had the best service every time so I now drive out of my way to come to this location. They always tolerate my cook-to-order request with a smile and the woman who usually works the pick up window is the sweetest person I’ve met. She went above and beyond today and brought 2 extra nuggets and a bottle of water to my car because she noticed my dogs seemed thirsty (we were on our way home from the dog park) and that level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I didn’t get her name but she and the manager are both the reasons this is my favorite mcdonalds location.

Gentleman was a little annoyed that i told him that the covers for med sodas were empty, it took awhile for our food, upside it was hot. Score a 5

On the road, had a large breakfast order, added to it at the pay window, wasn't a problem at all. Very friendly, adjusted our order with no problems. Great attitudes, helpful employee!

Best fast food experience I've had in a long time. Friendly and efficient employees. Food came out very quickly and was cooked properly. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Complements to the employee and manager working Friday night.

McDonald's is my favorite place to go to for breakfast or Dinner. They are fast and efficient. The employees are very fair. They are also very friendly, helpful and caring. Their food is very affordable. They have a wide variety of menu items to choose. They always meet my needs when I eat there.

It's mcdonald's. I don't like the interior of the newly designed ones. I will not be using a kiosk to order my food. The seating and lighting leave a lot to be desired. The lights above the tables really show the dust.

They have the best regular cheese burgers and fries of all the other locations that I visit time to time and if they have enough help they're always extremely nice

Everybody loves this place and I can see why. Fast fresh food that is top shelf on the industry. Constantly changing menu keeps visiting exciting. My favorite was the BIG big Mac when it was available.

Literally the best service we have ever had. Wish we could replicate that at any restaurant.
