McDonald's

Was a little worried because I saw a lot of 1 star comments.
But I have to say this is one of the better McDonald's I have been to.
The place is huge and clean. Workers were sweeping and moping. The place looked excellent.
The food was served fast and fresh. The fries were hot, and everyone was nice. If I had to say one negative was that the ketchup dispenser wasn't working, so I had to use the small packets.
Other than that, it was a great experience.

I decided to park the car and go in. It was roughly 5pm on a Sunday evening and it was deserted. A couple cars in the drive thru and no one in the dining room. It was perfect for taking a few photos 📷. The lobby was clean, the cash registers are closed and I had to order thru the kiosks but it all went well. Yelling your meal number into the drive thru speaker is still more fun 😀. Thank you for the hot and fresh food!!

This is my usual stop when traveling from MN to IN. First time in years that the food was great, buns were fresh, fries were hot. Asked for a #6 which on the menu showed a fish filet meal, got a 10 McNuggett instead, we were the only people in the restaurant ordering at the time, with that they didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with our nuggets. It was about 8:30 pm coming through. The two workers were cleaning the lobby/restaurant as if closing the restaurant, chairs were up, liquid on floor and table tops. Took the cashier about 5 minutes to take our order. We don't like to use the order screen, we like interacting with people.

OMGoodness! I haven't had a filet o fish for a hot minute. I frequent this McDonald's, and the sandwich was perfect! The bun was pillowey warm and glossy. The fish was piping hot with the perfect amount of tartar sauce. Side note- My sister has NEVER had a filet o fish!!!!!!!!! 🤯 She doesn't know what she is missing!!!!!!!

Best drive-through experience I can remember. It was busy, but the guys at the window asked and double checked to make sure my order had ALL the correct items in the bag. It would have been really easy for them to send me and the person behind me down the road with mixed up orders. Many drive through workers would've done just that, but these guys took the trouble to make sure all was correct.

Good food. Good service

This place has a lot of dine in tables inside..Never seen so many..Clean and not busy.

Love this McDonald's, especially Randy who always takes my order. He is a gentleman, is a positive person, and always brightens my day. Too many negative reviews coming from First World Complainers. Sometimes the fries are not hot, yes. Happens everywhere. Sometimes there is a long line, happens everywhere. Sometimes the staff seem like they are stressed or having a bad day, happens everywhere. Food service workers work their butt off for us who just drive through and pick up. Often for not enough money! I haven't encountered anyone rude that worked there and when I am kind and patient, I notice I get positivity in return. P.S. I'll keep going back more often mainly for Randy though. P.P.S. Is he single? Asking for a friend.

Under staffed and still killing it.. If your stuck in line don't hate! there working hard for you. 👍I go here about 2 times a week. Food is always right and no matter how baked up customer service is top notch. Keep up the great work. Love my crispy hash brown's in da morning lol

Still killing it! Still don't go as much but really quick.. They are full staffed.

you always know that the quality is going to be great!

Line moved quickly. Everyone was polite. Food was fine. The carbonation in the softdrinks was to low, not quite flat. When are they going to learn we like our cheese distributed evenly throughout the breakfast burrito!!!! Not all at the bottom.

Great pit stop. Fast off and on the interstate.

Best frap ever I have to have my extra whip n drizzle n never get attitude about it n always amaze me but today it was layered n was epic

My order was made fresh in a timely manner then served to me by friendly staff.

Used the kiosk, no one at the register to take our order. Typical Mcdonalds fare. Had a bacon egg and cheese bagel.

The Manager blond female in her late 20s was very helpful with taken my order, I am ♿ and she was very patient with me not many People are.

We stopped on the way back from northern Wisconsin, the dining room was open, you have to use the kiosk to order, food was fresh, hot and good, fast and friendly service.

Had good experience today !!

The place was clean and the employees where on point.

Nuggets were crispy and were sooooo good.🤯🥳
We also purchased a big Mac, perfect amount of toppings and not super messy.
I dont ever eat at McDonald's🤢..... but.. after grabbing lunch on our way back to ohio... I think I may eat there again soon!!😲
