This cheese place is so great! I had a tasting appointment which was very educational. I also took one of the classes, and picked up the tasting plate. We got to try many different cheese types while hearing about their history. Love creating cheese boards with their delicious cheese at the center.

Truly exceptional customer service - they went above and beyond to provide excellent suggestions, preparations, and delivery coordination! Plus, the cheeses were exceptional!! Lots of my guests raved about their vegan cheese options.

This was my first time ordering from Olssons and definitely not my last. This past week, I ordered a cheese + fruit platter for a party. I called them, let them know the date + they helped me pick out the platter that would best suit my needs. The associate on the phone was so helpful and upbeat. He made ordering it fun. On the scheduled day, I swung by half an hour before the party, pickup was a breeze. The tray was a massive hit. People were crowded around it the whole night and kept saying how fresh and good the cheese + fruits were. I think it was the biggest hit. Thanks so much for making my contribution so easy and popular!! Also - a small thing that went really far was having the various cheeses labeled.

I cannot say enough great things about Olsson's! I have used them for work catering, Rudie and Michele are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everyone at work loves their food too! It is my go to when getting lunch on a nice day. I have also taken the burrata making class with Rudie which was so much fun! I would give more stars if possible!

Delicious. The cheese oozes out, ingredients they used makes you sing a song (tone deaf or not) like an angel. Bread is toasted with butter, crunchy and delicious. Inside is gooey ooey with cheese melted.... Perfect food to take to go and eat at the park nearby. Go, try it!

Great experience making mozzarella cheese with Rudie at Olsson's! We had a group of 11 so we did a private class on a Saturday morning. No problem finding street parking and we had a fabulous time! Everybody goes home with a fresh ball of mozzarella that they made themselves! Super cool!!

They have a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches in addition to being a cheese shop. The tomato basil soup and traditional grilled cheese sandwich was delicious.

I wish I had more money so I could afford an Olsson's membership.

...that and I wish I were in better shape so I could also PHYSICALLY afford to be eating cheese that often. 😂

Seriously though, as a cheese lover I'm lucky to be near a top-tier place like this. You'll really expand your cheesy horizons shopping here; well-informed staff cater to your needs and questions, and the product on hand is as delicious as it is varied.

I love, love, love the cheese selection, gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, condiments, platters, etc. The best thing about this shop, however, is the staff. Everyone who works here knows the cheeses and loves their job! They can all recommend the perfect pairing for whatever I’m serving... and they also whip up the most delightful party trays! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I purchased the virtual mozzarella cheese making class for my mom for her birthday, and it was AMAZING! We had so much fun, and the cheese was delicious. We had such a good time that we signed up to learn how to make burrata in a few weeks! We would highly recommend!

Living in Princeton, I hadn't tried Olsson's before. But on walks during the Pandemic I noticed the outdoor menu for hot cheesy sandwiches and salads, and wanted to support them. My regret is I hadn't started patronizing Olsson's years ago. Absolutely wonderful. There are many great places to eat in Princeton, and I would put Olsson's amazing sandwiches on par with the absolute most delicious food in Princeton. My favorite is the Extraordinaire, and their salad (with diced apples, figs, nuts) is amazing. And it is surprisingly reasonable price-wise. I am looking forward to COVID ending and visiting the store and trying out more of their regular in-store selections.

Very friendly staff with walk up window service. Some selections are also visible in the window for browsing, though you cannot enter the shop. The person who assisted me was very familiar with their inventory and was happy to recommend cheeses based on what I was looking for. I also appreciate that this shop has duck prosciutto as I had recently been shopping for someone who does not eat pork.

Excellent collection of cheese and the best sandwiches! I went a few days ago on a whim and the owner was so courteous and pleasant. Really enjoyed my surprise sample bag, too. A Palmer Square staple!

We've been going to Olsson's since they were at the Trenton Farmer's Market. We worried that the shop was going to not be quite as friendly when they moved to Princeton. Fortunately the service and quality are at least as good. Super friendly and helpful. The grilled cheese sandwiches are fantastic.
